The property was nice . The only thing i didn’t like You can hear all the noise from outside the hotel , we don't sleep at all. And We where on 7th floor .
The a/c in the room did not work well. it stayed 77 in the room the whole time.

The staff was so nice and warm. We were greeted everyday by Darrius, who was so welcoming. The breakfast was such a nice treat and Magdelana was an absolute joy!

Had to switch my room. The noise in this hotel is horrible. The second room was only slightly better. All hours of the night you hear trucks and car exhaust like they are in your room. That’s not to mention the obnoxious train blasting through as well.
Very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, easy access to Amway Arena and downtown restaurants. Nicely stocked kitchen for staying in. Pretty good free breakfast.
Practically a new hotel, very clean, staff very helpful.
Breakfast room was too small and crowded. Plastic ware and paper plates instead of real utensils and plates.
I would recommend anyone Who is going to be staying at this hotel to do a car rental, as everything is at least 15 mins to 30 mins away. Uber’s cost will add up. I got a sweet deal to do a car rental so I was able to sight see and do everything I wanted to in Orlando. If you do a car rental get the unlimited toll pass option as there are a ton of tolls in Orlando. This hotel has a sweet $15 Dollar per day parking lot that was just fantastic.
Had a great time,the hotel was right down the street from the trains and also walking distance to the downtown clubs.

Please accept my apologies for the noise issues you encountered while our guest. Our hotel is located at the intersection of two heavily traveled roadways, with an interstate access ramp and active rail line close by as well. While the building was constructed with noise abatement materials, our rooms do contain exterior access points which, unfortunately do allow noise to enter. This includes the large vent opening for the AC unit as well as the bathroom exhaust fan. Not all rooms in the building are as impacted by noise as others, and when possible we assign the quieter rooms first. We also realize each guest has their own sensitivity level to noise so we are always happy to relocate a guest to a different room, if available, to help reduce the noise levels they are experiencing. Although the noise is a result of our location, some guests have told us a white noise app on their cell phone helps cover the noise and we also offer complimentary ear plugs at the Front Desk. We realize they are not the best solution and usually offer them as last resort measure, but we will provide them on request as well. Once again, please accept my apologies that you were unable to enjoy your stay with us due the noise issue. I appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.
