Had to switch my room. The noise in this hotel is horrible. The second room was only slightly better. All hours of the night you hear trucks and car exhaust like they are in your room. That’s not to mention the obnoxious train blasting through as well.

Very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, easy access to Amway Arena and downtown restaurants. Nicely stocked kitchen for staying in. Pretty good free breakfast.

Practically a new hotel, very clean, staff very helpful.

Breakfast room was too small and crowded. Plastic ware and paper plates instead of real utensils and plates.

I would recommend anyone Who is going to be staying at this hotel to do a car rental, as everything is at least 15 mins to 30 mins away. Uber’s cost will add up. I got a sweet deal to do a car rental so I was able to sight see and do everything I wanted to in Orlando. If you do a car rental get the unlimited toll pass option as there are a ton of tolls in Orlando. This hotel has a sweet $15 Dollar per day parking lot that was just fantastic.

Had a great time, the hotel was right down the street from the trains and also walking distance to the downtown clubs.

Please accept my apologies for the noise issues you encountered while our guest. Our hotel is located at the intersection of two heavily traveled roadways, with an interstate access ramp and active rail line close by as well. While the building was constructed with noise abatement materials, our rooms do contain exterior access points which, unfortunately do allow noise to enter. This includes the large vent opening for the AC unit as well as the bathroom exhaust fan. Not all rooms in the building are as impacted by noise as others, and when possible we assign the quieter rooms first. We also realize each guest has their own sensitivity level to noise so we are always happy to relocate a guest to a different room, if available, to help reduce the noise levels they are experiencing. Although the noise is a result of our location, some guests have told us a white noise app on their cell phone helps cover the noise and we also offer complimentary ear plugs at the Front Desk. We realize they are not the best solution and usually offer them as last resort measure, but we will provide them on request as well. Once again, please accept my apologies that you were unable to enjoy your stay with us due the noise issue. I appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

I am pleased to see you enjoyed your stay with us. Our rooms are designed to allow guests the flexibility of enjoying a home cooked meal while on the road, and all feature fully equipped kitchens, including cookware and dinnerware. If you enjoy grilling, we have you covered with a professional grade gas grill located on the patio. Although we are located on the north side of the downtown core, as you discovered, our location still allows for easy access to not only Downtown Orlando businesses, but also Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, and our world class performing art center, Dr Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Downtown restaurants are also within easy reach, if you visit us again, be sure to check out the great dining options available in the North Quarter, located less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your comments. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to how busy the Breakfast area was during your stay. Due to the high volume of guests who take advantage of our complimentary breakfast during this time of year, we do use environmentally friendly, disposable products. This allows our staff members to focus on our guests as they are not required to wash dishes. We do have china and silverware available and are always happy to provide guests with which ever they prefer. We do extend breakfast hours an additional hour on days we feel the crowds may be heavier. I appreciate you staying with us and sharing your feedback, I hope we have the chance to welcome you back as our guest again.

We appreciate you staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased to see you enjoyed your stay. Although we do have a number of mass transit options available, such as bus and commuter rail, your recommendation to rent a car allows much greater flexibility in a visit to Orlando. We do charge a fee of $15.98 per day to park, which is consistent with other hotels in the Downtown Orlando area. We hope to have to opportunity to welcome back again soon.
