We have stayed here several times. Location is convenient, safe, and easy to get to. The bathtub drained very slowly, but I didn’t report it so I can’t complain. Breakfast was excellent, as usual. It’s our home away from home!

The hotel was conveniently located from Disney World. Lots of restaurant options. The customer service was awesome checking in but checking out was a different story. The front desk clerk seemed upset for having to help me check out of my 3 rooms and ultimately made the experience frustrating and annoying. This was not the way I wanted to start my New Years morning. Although the hotel was decent, I will not be coming back.

Overall the hotel is ok. The girl at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We arrived early and she checked us in no problem. We had a room with a king bed which was nice, however the sheets were most definitely for a queen sized bed. The first night, we woke up and the fitted sheet was off all 4 corners. I left a note asking for a sheet change thinking maybe the wrong size had been put on before. Nope, same thing the second day. Maid service isn’t the best. There was a used bar of soap in the shower from a previous guest, we didn’t discover it until our second day. The maid didn’t remove it so we tossed it out. She also only took trash that was in the trash can, nothing else. We got a pizza from the shop down in the lobby (pretty good pizza btw) and I left the box next to the trash can because it obviously wouldn’t fit in the can. Came back that night, box still sitting there. The shuttle to Disney is a waste of time. I am glad we had a rental car because the shuttle sucks. The hotel is super close to Disney and so easy to get back and forth. The free breakfast they offer is decent for being free.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and pool was open early (8am). Our room was cleaned everyday :) we loved it

NO HOT WATER, HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS MOLD GROWING IN THE SHOWER,WHERE WATER HAD LEAKED INTO THE SHOWER WALLS BEDS WERE MORE LIKE A BUNKY BOARD THEN A MATTRESS...HARD AS A STRAW HAY BED. THEIR FREE BREAKFAST IS OK, IF YOUR A CHILD. VERY FEW ITEMS FOR ADULTS, ONE MEAT, MAYBE 2 ON ONE OF MY DAYS THERE. NO ICE TEA AVAILABLE THE RESTAURANT INSIDE WAS VERY GOOD, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent value for the dollar. Decent room with space, comfortable beds, separate sitting/desk area with its own tV, seperatefrom bedroom. Decent breakfast buffet included without Resort fee (which was additional $12 for night). All in was $95 ( including resort fee) compared to some other hotels which were much more with no breakfast included and which charge for parking as well! Bathroom/shower was a little outdated and needed to be updated/refreshed. Can’t comment on pool or gym as I did not have time to visit them. Also had a pizza place and restaurant on premises but I can’t comment on them either.

Everything was great.until entering the hotel room. The room I was in had trash in it from the previous guest. Where not talking about something small that got overlooked. There was a 40 oz bottle next to the bed and a sock under the sink. How am I supposed to trust that my bed is clean if the room it's is not clean.

I loved that the hotel was a straight shot to the park. The drive to Magic Kingdom was about 8-10 minutes depending on traffic. The beds in the rooms were to die for. They were so comfortable. Soon as my head hit the pillow I was gone to LaLa Land. I liked that they had a little store inside to get snacks for late nights.

I booked the room through my Orbitz reservation that I already made previously. The hotel was booked for the wrong date a day before we were arriving. The hotel gave our room away even though we paid for two days - I would like a refund.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast. Close to everything

The hotel was what you pay for. Confortable and good for a family not single person . Two many families , children, at breakfast time and around the pool.. annoying On several occasion when I could not gain access to my room, the card acces keep breaking having me to walk back to front desk 7 times during the day and night, and not once did they apologise until I demanded to have lock changed. Customer service pretty average.

Muy buena ubicación, estaba bien cerca de los Parques de diversión. Personal muy amable. Buena recomendación súper excelente.

Love this hotel. Great price for large families, lots of room to sleep, and amazing free breakfast. Close to Disney and airport.

Excelent, the breakfast need to be better But everything was very good

Check I went smooth. Front desk person was very nice and professional. Room was easy to find. Room was clean and what we expected with separate living area with pull out sofa and separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. Plenty of room for our 3 people family. frig, microwave & coffee maker. Although we didn't take advantage of our room being cleaned everyday the Cleanings staff was prompt every morning. I would ask for clean towels, coffee packs and trashed emptied. The pool and jacuzzi was outside on the side of the building. I wish there was a inside pool and jacuzzi. To get there you had to walk through the front lobby area. "What a site". It was clean though. Hotel has washers and dryers on each floor but to purchase washer powder and softener it's in the 1st floor laundry room or the hotels gift shop. "Note: cheaper in laundry room". $2.00 p/load and get your change from front desk or gift shop. Breakfast was Okay. Nothing special just the basics. Although there's a omelette station. Buffet included pancake, toast, eggs, ham or sausage, hash browns, oatmeal, cereal, muffin, juice milk, coffee, and it's Free!!!! That's the best part. Parking was good, although some people with large vehicles would take 2 spaces so if you had a late night and hotel was full you might might not get a parking space. Pizza shop on the 1st floor sooo convenient when you don't feel like going out. Overall our stay was great.

It was a decent hotel. Location was great close to restaurants and parks. Beds were comfortable and rooms were decent. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't provide enough baths towels and pool towels were always out. Whirlpool could have been bigger and cleaner. Breakfast was ok they just needed to add some fresh fruit. My overall experience here was pleasant.

Room was a bit outdated. Worst bed I've ever slept in at a hotel.

Great location to all parks, food and attractions.Good price and rooms are ideal for a big family the only problem is if you decide to sleep in the sofa couch you will hear everything in the hallway

Pretty okay hotel for the price. Pleasant hotel staff, pretty okay rooms with good furnishings. Not a lot of extra space but was good enough for the purpose of our stay. It was myself and my two teenagers. We only need the hotel as a place to sleep and was comfortable in that regard. The breakfast area is in need of improvement in its flow, organization, and quality. Did not really like the breakfast food. Just ate the bagel and cream cheese with coffee as a jumpstart to the day. The italian restaurant was great but a little pricey. I don't mind paying a little extra is quality of food is good, which it was at the restaurant. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The hotel should refrain from having outside restaurants slip menus under the doors of their guests. We ordered something from a menu that we had received and the food was horrible. It's embarrassing for the hotel to support this type of establishment.

Nice stay ,clean room, great staff, close to events. Would come back. Love the room.
