Great location to Universal. Enjoyed the shuttle to the parks. Great breakfast options. Only thing was our bathroom curtain rod was broken.
I didn't like the fact all three rooms were disgusting when we got there and we had to change our rooms 2. I also didn't like the fact that the housekeeping didn't care about the people staying in the hotel being clean. I loved the front desk Jacqueline she was amazing in everything and the maintenance guy he was amazing and kind and on top to f things too!
