Our room was givin to another party and checked in under our name. They also charged our card for the expenses , and would not ask the other party to vacate and made us go find another hotel at twice the amount on a holiday weekend in Orlando it has been tje worst experience ever

I stayed here only one night and something fell off the bed and it was under the mattress and when I went to grab it bottles of water and it gross me out and their bedsheets are so thin I mean overall the only good thing about this property. The bathroom had a broken shampoo dispenser. The sheet set for the sofa bed was not in the room and when it was requested at the front desk there was only one pillow. The room is dark and needed more lighting. The bathroom was not to my cleanliness standards.

Staff very friendly and accommodating! Older hotel needs some upgrades. Would not swim in hotel pool. Breakfast pretty decent. Not a very convenient location. Says it’s walkable to City Walk but it’s far. Shuttle service on time but a little unorganized and very crowded. Reservations are needed to ride shuttle and have to walk next door to Holiday Inn to catch.
