House was very nice and had enough room for our group. We had 20 high schoolers and 10 adults with room for everyone to sleep. The game room and movie theater were big hits with the students. Communication was always timely and effective by the hosts. Location of the house was great! 10-15 minutes to Disney and Universal. We will be hoping to stay there when we return again next year!

I really enjoyed my stay. Had a few issues with the property but I reserve a response immediately. Some things was not rectified but they tried there best. FYI, community do not have a basketball court, volleyball court, or tennis court.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our whole family. The host was wonderfully responsive, making sure any small concerns were quickly taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better close to everything we needed for a great trip. The only thing that could have made it even better would be having more activities within the complex itself.

Cheer team competition home away from home

Charming athletics cheer company will definitely use this house or rental property again. The house was beautiful plenty of activities between the game room and the pool for the young athletes. A lot of outdoor space for them to practice. Trash was picked up daily, which was awesome due to competition times and weren’t able to enjoy the lazy river and the pools in the community but everything else was extraordinary..

Perfect House for Family Reunion

My family of 30 had a perfect weekend at this house. The bedrooms were great, king beds for the grownups and themed rooms for the kids. The pool and game room were excellent. The kitchen was designed for a big family, it has two fridges and two dishwashers.The host was amazingly receptive, and even the smallest inconveniences we had (which were insignificant) were addressed immediately. The host even offered to send assistance near midnight on a Friday evening! My family was very fortunate to find this house and I recommend it for anyone looking for a safe, well cared for house.

Great place to stay

The property was a pictured. Very clean and beautiful home. My daughter’s cheer team was here for Allstar Worlds Cheerleading Competition and this location met ours needs. We had enough space for everyone and didn’t feel cramped at all. The pool was great at the house and we loved the resort. Communication was great with the property management company. Will stay again next time in Orlando.

Exactly what we needed

I reserved this home for our swim team while we were in florida for our annual training trip. We had 28 adults stay in this house and is was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space and amenities. Can not rate this home high enough.

Family Thanksgiving Get Away

The home was perfect. It met the needs of our multi-generational group. The teens, Gen Z, middle aged and seasoned elders all loved the home and all it had to offer. We will definitely stay here when our travels bring us all back to Orlando!

Simply Stated—It was Perfection

This rental comfortably housed 22 people, including adults, teens, & children. It was impeccably furnished and decorated. The kitchen was stocked and the two fridges offered ample space for drinks and food for our party. It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! Everything about this house was perfect. The mattresses were so comfortable! We’re looking forward to booking it for our next year’s trip to Orlando!

Family Pre Cruise vacation

Our stay was Wonderful. We really didn't have to leave the home for activities. This home was so beautiful and well equipped. The only complaint we had was the pool was warmer than the jacuzzi. My recommendation for families doing short stays is to hire a chef. We had a lot of extra food at the end of our stay.

Great house - warning that the pool heat was broken

This was a great house to stay at for our Disney/ Universal vacation. The only major downfall was that we paid to have the pool/hot tub heated but the unit was broken so we didn't get to utilize either our entire stay. Champion gate is a beautiful resort however the lady at check in was rude and unfriendly. The property manager was very responsive.
