The staff was nice and the room was okay. The bed was not very comfortable. The food was mediocre. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a nightmare. The traffic was always backup.

Nice hotel, close to Disney Springs - maybe walking distance for an ambitious family but can’t say that for sure as we did not walk it. Walking distance to gift shops and restaurants which was nice as the traffic in and out of Disney Springs was bumper to bumper most all day. Very kind front desk manager (Islande). Common areas of hotel seem updated in comparison to the rooms. Room was comfortable and clean but not as modern as the rest of the hotel. Not a deal breaker, just an observation. Price was great, would have expected it to be more considering it’s proximity to Disney - would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, humble staff, quick check-in process, great hotel amenities including bar, cafe and pool, very comfortable room and bedding as well as superb room cleaning services. It was just ok. $20 to park your car over night while staying at the hotel is craziness. almost $20 per person for breakfast is overkill. Not sure why, but I didn’t sleep comfortably either. Overall, the hotel served it’s purpose.
