We had not yet checked out and I went back up to our room after packing the car and the cleaning staff had already started cleaning and threw out over $100 worth of food we had just bought. The front desk was not receptive and said even though we were not yet checked out in the system it is policy to discard food if the cleaning staff starts cleaning on the day of checkout. The manager also refused to speak with me about the matter.

The hotel no longer offers valet parking. In stead of unloading the car and heading to check-in now must unload the car, park the automobile in a temporary spot, go back to check in, obtain a parking pass, return to automobile and drive to parking lot, walk back to hotel. The hotel charges a similar amount to self park as it did to valet park.

Overall great stay. The breakfast buffet was meh. Could have more variety. The hostess in the restaurant was rather rude too. Overall our stay was nice. We like that it’s so close to Disney Springs and parks!

The hotel itself was fine. Our a/c was cold and the location across from Disney Springs is awesome. However, beware of the hidden fees. My stay cost me about 100.00ish dollars more than what I thought due to all extra fees.

There was a very nice gentleman working outside helping with parking and bags but other than that the staff was not very friendly this visit. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. The location is great which is why I continue to stay there.

Wyndham Lake Buena Vista

Wyndham at Lake Buena Vista is our go to hotel when we go to Disney. They are always great and we love the close proximity to Disney Springs. The staff are wonderful and go out of theirs way to make our visits memorable.
