I thought were be a nice experience in this location, but how far was, not everything was bad, the people that work were n the hotel all of them really nice, from the valets to the counter people were really nice, helpful people, but the bathroom was pretty dirty and stinky, I had to cleaned it by the toilet to get rid of the bad smell, the WIFI is pretty pour, the TV’s remote control didn’t work properly and the noise of the room’s A/C sound like a tractor. Unfortunately wasn’t the best experience.

I really enjoyed how friendly and accommodating the staff was. However, i felt that in the dining areas they were a little short staffed. In the buffet, there was only one chef making 1 waffle at a time. By the pool, there was only one person taking food/drink orders and only 1 person cooking.

Terrible check-in process. Ill informed staff at check-in. Unprofessional valet service. Took over 15 minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower.

I loved the hotel itself and the staff! The valet service was very professional and always quick. I did not like the bus service to the Disney parks. The buses were very late and the staff member I encountered was unpleasant.

I had a hard time understanding the clerk when I checked in because of her foreign accent. She spoke so fast I could barely understand her. All the other staff I dealt with at the resort were very friendly, helpful and easy to understand. The common areas were very clean and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfy. The outdoor amenities were nice. It was very expensive to buy food at the resort.That being said, the food I did purchase was fresh and delicious. Parking was easy and the grounds were easy to navigate. The hotel is just big enough to offer the great amenities that it has but it has a small resort feel in that you can get to where you want to go without walking miles. Everything is right there. I would definitely stay again. Checking out was super simple and I did not have any issues with my bill or any unexpected charges or extras being added on.

We arrived at hotel after check in time and our room was NOT ready!!!!! Had to wait an additional hour. Other than that everything else was fine. Staff very personable.

We were staying one night and we were not able to get into our room until after 5 o’clock. Really disappointing! The staff was not the least bit helpful in trying to get us into our room at a proper time!

The hotel was a short drive and easy to find from the airport. The lobby and rooms were generally clean and the restaurant was decent. The pool was nice and my son liked the kid area. It would have been nice for the kid area in the pool to have a slide but it may be too shallow to do so. I was a bit put off by parking. In reading the parking terms, i understood valet to have a fee and self parking to be free. However, there is a charge for both. The valet people were great. The hotel is right next to Disney Springs. It took around 15 minutes to drive to each of the Disney parks. We did not utilize the shuttles so I cannot comment much on them other than there was a schedule clearly posted of shuttle times.

Very nice hotel close to Disney World. My stay was comfortable and convenient.

Check in was late but I was not impressed by the front desk help. No friendliness or helpfulness evident. No attempt to engage me as a guest. The room was dated with mismatched drawer pulls and minimal amenities. Nothing special. The desk chair was extremely worn. Clearly needs refreshed. Good service at checkout. The main bellhop offered to help me and checked on me while I was waiting for my rental car. Good job!
