Love this hotel and its location.

Beautiful place very clean facility and professional staff

We love this property! A short walk to Disney springs. Closer to the Disney parks than the value resorts. Considered official for early park entry. We can’t recommend this property enough! We have stayed here many times. Great resort!

Awesome pools, very helpful and friendly staff.

Very impressed for the cost to stay here. Didn’t want to spend crazy money on a Disney property and this worked out well with the Disney transportation and Disney theme. Upgraded to the main tower area so I can’t speak on the garden rooms but we had a Disney springs view which was real nice from the 15th floor. You can see Epcot fireworks and the Epcot ball from quite a distance away and what I think is the tower of terror. Can’t see the castle or any of MKs fireworks. Transportation I should’ve familiarized myself better, just need to plan at the park. After fireworks we just missed the shuttle at 9:40 so had to wait till 10:30 with two young kids. Also the coffee/food spot is crazy expensive so again, planning ahead either take your rental car and go shopping or instacart some stuff. Definitely need cases of water because it’s super expensive to rely on ($6 sandwiches, $3 cereal cups, $3 parts, $5 water). Also be nice if the rooms had a microwave but there is one at the Joffrey spot I just mentioned. Not sure what the eco review portion of this means. It’a a hotel with AC. 5 stars because I could care less if they have solar panels on their roof or cut the grass with electric lawn mowers. I booked a vacation to have fun not join Captain Planet’s team. Pool is great for kids, relaxing lounging areas, pricey bar/restaurant by the pool. Basic stuff but $$. Walk few minutes to downtown Disney, great sandwich/sub spot for like $6. Happy with the choice here!

Very close to Disney transportation and Disney springs, parking accessibility was excellent too

The line was very long and the staff was in no rush to fix it. The keys didnt work for multiple customers and we had to stand in line again to get them fixed.

Room looked very old. No microwave. Expensive parking

Possibly the best pool or view from the lodging available on the street. Buffet breakfast is a bit expensive (it will be anywhere around here), but a good variety. Check-in took a while, and there was a long-ish line to check-in every day we were there. Elevator requires room key and a bit of know-how which is not explained at the front desk. Thankfully, most guests have already experienced the struggle and are willing to help.

i did not like the extra fees they had for parkinng and for the resort fee. ridiculous.

Very close to Disney springs & central to all the parks.

Air conditioner turning on and off constantly. Parking. Sell tactics at check in.

--------

I remains annoying that I am force to pay a “resort fee” for amenities that I did not utilize. This is simply corporate trickery to make the price of the room appear lower. Since everyone is compelled to pay it it should simply be incuded in the room cost.

Nice property, last minute rsvp on 18th floor. Seems recently redone. Looks like pictures. Room is small. Next to elevator which is loud.

Hotel parking lot is a very short walk to Disney Springs

Perfect for our one night stay!
