Where to start? To say that they have put in no effort to make this property decent would be unfair, as I saw people onsite working on rooms. The toilet appeared new in my room as well. People want a few basics when staying at a hotel, especially in a vacation town, a comfortable bed, good water pressure, general cleanliness. When they replaced the toilet in my room, the new toilet was taller. So they just cut a large notch out of the counter, leaving a crooked ugly cut exposed. The toilet was also crooked. Does this visually unappealing and crooked toilet affect its function? No, but it just looks bad. Besides there being non-working USB ports, non-working refrigerator in the room and some broken ice machines throughout, the overall cleanliness of the room was okay. The water pressure for the shower was awful, there was paint and/or adhesive stuck on much of the furniture. The bottom of the bathroom door was maybe rubbing or rotting from water at some point, so someone took a circular saw to it leaving a jagged and ugly exposed bottom, one of the bed frames had this terrible metal on metal sound any time you moved. There was also an old toilet in the breezeway next to the rear elevator on the 5th floor. Also, the floor in the elevator was all messed up and general outside cleanliness was not great. To be in such a nice and popular area, I would have expected much more. It feels like they're barely trying.

Terrible. Very unsafe. Police investigation as we arrived. No furniture in the lobby. Very dirty. In room TV and AC now working and no housekeeping, management or engineering available onsite. What attempting to contact Orbitz, no luck there either. Slippery film on the floor. Hotel stated contact Orbitz and Orbitz did not respond. Last time with Orbitz and last time with that clarion.

The room was freshly painted and clean. There were several trim pieces in bathroom missing or broken and a hole in one sheet of the bed. The lobby was strange, not welcoming, no decor, signage furniture, just a big empty box with a signup desk. The clerk was courteous and helpful and helped us switch rooms when the first one had no heat. No breakfast provided. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Here is tip! Check in early and get a parking spot. If not, be prepared to walk from one side of the property to the other. The extra parking is far and kinda dark.

. The room had multiple issues: stained sheets, wobbly tables, a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling, and lots of dust. When I asked for clean blankets, the front desk said they didn’t have anyone to change them and instead pulled blankets off an empty room and handed them to me unfolded. Very unprofessional and unhygienic. I do not recommend this place.

It was just someone to sleep!!! however I never stayed on international Drive! So I was excited too but now I see they have other hotels that’s probably way nicer I’ll probably book them next time…. However I feel like this hotel needs some upgrades ASAP or they just need to close it down!!! very old hotel things was breaking inside of there and it looked ran it down… I’m so upset because when I book a book it it was not refundable which I should have gotten my money back!!! so I just did a quick getaway for two days and thought that it should have been OK but to stay there was not pleasant at all
