I rated 5-stars for the location and price of the stay. The rooms were in fact clean, but perhaps the age of the hotel (even though renovated) had a particular smell that only helped when running the a/c which wasn’t needed (I visited during the January attic blast).

This is definitely not a resort, nor can it be called a hotel. It is best described as a motel. That said, while the rooms are basic, they were clean and comfortable, which is ultimately what matters. The water pressure was average, but there was reliable hot water. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills place suitable for a short stay if you’re not expecting resort-style amenities. NOTE: They have discontinued the breakfast buffet and other amenities, since Covid.

Despite my initial skepticism, the stay was perfect, room was very clean, very comfortable, quiet environment, very courteous and helpful staff. Many shopping and recreational opportunities conveniently nearby. Great value! Our preferred option for our return visits to Kissimmee.
