This is one of the best properties that we have been in Mexico, the food is excellent (lobster at the biffer) the service was amazing, and most importantly very respectful employees, when being offered and activity or tour by telling them not interested once, they respectfully accepted our no. Rooms are huge very clean, didn't have the need to upgrade to diamond club, as the only difference is being to the left side of the beach with a few more umbrellas, and premium liquor that can easily be solve by the guys better. I'll recommend the hotel to any couples, that want to have everything accessible, since this is not a huge resort where you have to take trolleys to go eat or return to your room. Thank you Royalton for making our vacation very memorable.

Been to Mexico many times and highly recommend this resort on all aspects. Great pool, amazing staff, good food, lots to do and and amazing beach location. We will be coming back.

Very clean property and felt safe during this pandemic. Staff was very friendly. Loved the buffet and restaurant staff too. Loved the convos we had. Came during Food & Drink Week and the South American BBQ was bomb!

Loved it was adults only and all inclusive! The staff was super nice too and love they have bracelets as a room key VS those cards we all seem to misplace! Food was good! Pool was nice and they had a show or event nightly which was nice too. Covid testing also available at the end of your stay. Good area and was walking distance about 15 min walk to a souvenir shopping area. Would stay again! I liked this hotel as well as the Hyatt Zilara.

Service was amazing, especially the beach crew. Food was ok, nothing to be remembered. Crowd super loud, that gives the resort definitely a less than 5 stars experience

I like that Covid-19 protocols were enforced. No one was let in the dining rooms without masks. Mask wearing and hand sanitizer use were enforced throughout the resort. I like that resort Mc didn’t permit anyone without a hotel bracelet to enter the resort. This was reassuring and made us feel safe. Love the beach patrols during the day. Not sure if there were beach patrols at nights. Food and accommodation were excellent. Also liked that the tour could be arranged through the hotel and Covid-19 testing facilities were right on the resort. No payment was expected for these Covid-19 tests. Tests were done free for all returning Americans

The over all hotel was excellent and staff was too. My overall issue was Saturday 07-03-21 at the Guard shack my group said they could of friends just had to put them on the list morning list or night list. They denied one of my friends when they inquiry that night, front desk guy said we had to speak to the manager of security they spoke to him very respectfully but he was a little rude telling us make it quick he’s kind of busy and don’t have time but again it was at night the city close early and from the looks of it he was just standing around with his crew wasn’t nothing going on at all and we found it very rude of him not to give courtesy and respect especially if we are giving him the same. That’s the only issue/complaint we had. Our room numbers #21272 , #11471.

We had really high expectations for this trip, but we were left very underwhelmed. The location is great, and the property itself was nice, but that is about all the "perks" you should plan on. The butler service was pretty much non-existent, the food was sub-par, and the overall feeling was just OK.

Loved it was adults only and all inclusive! The staff was super nice too and love they have bracelets as a room key VS those cards we all seem to misplace! Food was good!
