Overall, I didn’t feel the “all-inclusive” experience was worth it. The hotel is fine if you’re just looking for a decent room, but beyond that, it fell short. The bar service had long waits, the environment was noisy, and the elevators were unreliable with frustratingly long wait times. When I went to schedule a massage, I was pushed into a 90-minute membership sales pitch instead. They also handed me a so-called “$300 voucher,” which turned out to just be a booklet of discount coupons, not actual credit. On top of that, Expedia advertised my room as either a king bed or two doubles. Since I booked the luxury ocean view room for my wife and me, I expected a king. Instead, we were given a double bed and I was unable to change it, which was very disappointing and far from the “luxury” experience I paid for. The one bright spot was the staff, who were genuinely lovely, but overall this resort did not meet the standards I’d expect from a place marketed as “luxury.”

The balconies were really cute. My rooms air conditioning and fan did not work. It was very dry and hot my entire stay. The swim up bars are nice, but the music sucked. Food needs improvement. The elevators were narrow and took forever to come when called at all hours of the day. The spa was amazing!
