Definitely had a great time. Staff was great but meeting new people and partying was the best part for me. People kept complaining about their food but the food was really good. We had the dinner on the beach which was very romantic. During the pink party we rented a cabana with a jacuzzi which was really fun. Comes with a bottle of don julio, sofa, chairs and a flat screen tv. On the third floor we had parties with an dj that read the crowd and knew which songs to play. I’ve been to resorts where they play classical rock and American songs which is okay. But we’re in mexico, we want to hear some reggaeton lol. Another HUGE PLUS is that it’s literally 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel zone. We went to coco bongo which was crazy and my favorite was Congo. The night life there is littt.

My room needed a complete make over .Broken stuff everywhere!! Loose things .So dirty !!! Upgrade for nothing.Suede couches that were filthy couldn’t even lay on then them. Leather would make sense ! I didn’t say anything because all I wanted to do was relax not waste more time by waiting in line an having them move us around etc .I won’t be coming back .That room felt unsafe .The balcony had loose tiles etc an the food selection at the buffet was repetitive. There were some things I loved .But that room shows me that this place doesn’t take care of there things same with the sports bar .The tables were filthy a flimsy .

We enjoyed our 5 nights. Pretty much like all the other all-inclusive places I've stayed. Nice variety of restaurant and food choices. Plenty of bars and not too big of a resort so moving around was easy. I thought the rooftop bar was for everyone but they said you had to be in the Diamond Club. I didn't see that when booking.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient, at the bar, restaurants, pool, and room attendants. The food was fantastic, especially the buffet on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful and well equipped, with a nice sitting area, comfortable bed and luxurious shower. The beach chairs were plentiful with great shade to relax in, the pool was beautiful and every day we participated in fun water exercises led by the gym team and pool volleyball. The evening programs were enjoyable and varied. This all inclusive hotel was well worth the money.
