There are multiple restaurants and buffets to choose from. Best food I ever ate. Employees are so sweet and fun. Tons of activities by the pool and beach. There are shows every night at 9:45 PM. This resort seemed to be more so a couples resort. Not a college party resort, and I am grateful for that. The only minor inconvenience is that the lobby is very open and no AC. It was very humid in the lobby, but it is Mexico, so I expected that. I would 💯 stay here over and over.

Loved it all except the stereotypical hard mattress found at all resorts in Mexico I've been to.

Location of property and the beach area also the Clear Turkish water

The hallways to go to the rooms smell badly, but the rooms and all amenities are ok.

Beds were not true to size, requested queens and they were more like twin beds. I also purchased all inclusive and when arrived was charged additional taxes

The hotel was very fun the staff was great. There was a few thing in the room that were not working properly, but overall it was fun and exciting. Definitely will go back.

The toilet keeps getting clocked and we didn't through any toilet paper in. And they need it 1 2 hours for someone to fixed it. And few waiters were so rude , and some other from the front desk where you check in or out

So they had a room ready just for 3 of us girls. However the room was giving away and we found that out after we couldn’t get into the room with our key. So they upgraded us to a larger room with a huge balcony. The food was good and the drinks were great. Staff was always helpful and I liked that they were always out cleaning the building inside and out. The fun did not stop when we had rain for a day. They pulled out games in the lobby.

Super friendly staff. Great drinks and dessert. I loved that their were multiple places to hang out (main pool, quiet pool, ocean, multiple bars inside and out. Multiple restaurants. Food was just okay, but I enjoyed the many options there were to choose from. Coffee and dessert were amazing. It’s was pretty cool that there was a free mini bar in the room, but wished there was also a coffee maker and more outlets. Beach was absolutely beautiful. I loved that it was adjacent to beach with beautiful rocks, yet was rock-free itself. Lots of fun things for kids to do, yet wasn’t overcrowded with children. Overall, I highly recommend this resort and plan to stay there again in the future.

The food was great. Excellent selection and always available. The alcohol selection was limited and could have been better There were some ants in the room.

I actually stayed here March 10-March 14.. I was supposed to stay until March 15th but I ended up having an allergic reaction to something (some type of food) on March 12 which then cause my face to swell terribly... when this first occurred I went to the front desk asking for help and they wanted me to pay them to even call someone. It was very unprofessional. I loved the resort dont get me wrong, but the staff was unprofessional, seemed to not have a clue on what to do in a situation like this. I was so swollen that I stayed in all day on March 13 and it only kept getting worse.. I ended up flying home on thurday March 14 and left the resort very early. When I was checking out I asked how I could get credit for the days I did nothing and the days I had to leave early. This was my spring break trip that was absolutely ruined. Just curious on what I should do in a situation like this.

Property location is great overlooking the ocean. Hotel rooms are old and beds are hard and uncomfortable. Buffet food for all inclusive resort was not good.
