The staff there are deceiving and dishonest. They force TimeShare purchase down your throat upon check-in. There is no AC or air flow inside the atrium, inside the restaurants, and the room AC doesn’t get any cooler that 79 degrees. Oh the gym has no AC as well! They consider you a V.I.P. Guest and give you better accommodations with rooms, food, and drinks only if you purchase a TimeShare at a LONG hour and a half presentation at check-in or within 24hours of checking in. If you do not purchase the TimeShare, your “All-Inclusive” stay is the basic watered down drinks, dry reheated food, or pay extra at the bar and everything else. It’s suppose to be a family resort. We took our kids. They had a good time not knowing the behind the scene struggles we had to deal with. After our 2nd day, we stayed out the resort during the day for the remaining 3 days by exploring outside restaurants, excursions, and shopping. I’m sure everyone’s experiences is different. Our kids are still talking about the trip, but the they have no good memories or good things to say about that resort. This is my honest experience and opinion.

Everyone was really helpful. We have stayed at really nice luxury resorts and we still found the staff here to be supportive and helpful. The food was not the best but we found something we liked each night. The resort is old and run down but my kids liked it and that is why I picked it. Our room was always clean but they sometime forgot towels and we would just call up for them.

Never expected to enjoy an all inclusive hotel trip like we did. Since we step into the hotel everyone greeted us and made sure we felt welcome. The food was amazing from all the restaurants. The bars were amazing. The entire service was fantastic. We only had one bad experience, we had to wait 2 hours to be seated when they had told us it was only going to take 45 min. But we still had an amazing time.

Do not go by the pictures on the website! The property is completely run down!!!! Spackle and paint would go a long way! The pool area has peeling paint that ends up in the pool. The pool water is cloudy! There was no ac in the common areas such as lobby, restaurants, gym and kids club. The gym was not what was shown online it was in a small room with no ac! One elevator was out of service our entire stay making long waits to come and go. The restaurants did not take reservations so you had 2 hour waits for restaurants. The buffet was also an option with out too much of a wait. The staff worked hard and were very friendly and nice! I felt bad that they worked under such conditions. The drinks were watered down with long lines at the bar areas. The beach was full of seaweed and there was never any one cleaning the beach daily. Overall the property had great bones and potential however, it was very run down even looking from the outside of the resort which almost felt hazardous! The water park was also hazardous, when coming fast off the slides, there was only concrete to land on in the pool which had the potential to lead to an injury of a child (my child was injured). Would also add that it was in direct sunlight without any shade! It was very old! The rooms were clean and the lay out was great, however very old and in need of updates. The shows were great! I would NOT recommend this property!

Where do I start. For starters the AC was broken the entire stay! We brought it up to their attention 3 separate times! And they assured us it would be fixed but it never was. Terrible communication overall. Very disappointing. The room wasn’t super clean to be honest and not like the picture at all, looks more run down. One upside is that the food was pretty good, the downside is the restaurants are very poorly managed and it causes very long wait times, confusion, and frustration. The staff were okay. Overall, I’m not sure if I would come back again. Please fix your air conditioning and be more attentive to guest concerns!

One of the Worst Resorts I’ve Been To in Cancun This was my third time visiting Cancun, and unfortunately, this resort was by far the worst experience I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely rude and inattentive. The only exception was the bartenders—despite having incredibly long lines, they remained polite and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, the rest of the service was just unacceptable. The host staff at the restaurants, especially the ones who seat you, were unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. It felt like they didn’t want us there at all. The overall attitude of the staff really tainted the entire experience. To make matters worse, the amenities that were advertised looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. The mini golf was a complete joke, and the so-called zip line was laughable. Everything felt like false advertising. I cannot stress enough how disappointed and mistreated we felt during our stay. I would absolutely never return to this resort, and I strongly advise others to reconsider booking here. There are so many better places to stay in Cancun.

We were a group of 7 and we had rooms 433 and 435. the AC in 433 never worked properly, the room was very uncomfortable. Everyday I would find a different roach in the bathroom, and the shower was clogged. The buffet was ok but they always had the same, not a lot of variety, but when we tried going to the steak restaurant or any of the other options the wait time was 2 hours, one time we did wait and after two hours we still had to wait an extra half hour so we ended up eating always at the buffet, because of this so everyone in our group was so fed up with the food. The Entreteinment was good, there’re activities and music going on all day, and the kids loved the night show. Staff is friendly except for a guy at the pool bar who would get mad every time I ordered three sprites, he would yell two per person, but I would tell him where does is say that? Other bartenders give me as many drinks as I need this is an all inclusive and the cups are tiny so the lines at the bar are always long. Expedia mentions in the description that this hotel is close to the aquarium, a 10 minute walk, but it's not. We ended up renting a van and we did go out to explore. So everything is close by if you have a car or take a taxi. Also, someone stole one of our towels when we went in the pool, so we had to be extra careful with our belongings, and the hotel charges you for missing pool towels. Overall it was ok, kids had fun, but I don’t think we would choose it again

The property was clean and beautiful, but the elevators had no air which was awful. The water pressure was extremely low in the showers and at peak times (7-9 PM) the water was lukewarm. That was very disappointing and unpleasant after a long day at the beach and in the hot sun . You could barely rinse the sand off you. The food was ok at the buffet. But at their “premiere “ restaurants the food was TRASH!! The ribeye at Big Ben’s was a joke, the cut was paper thin like Sizzlelean. The sides were toddler size portions and the food came out cold after waiting for almost 2 hours. Now if you can get past the food the overall stay was nice. The staff very friendly and they make a great effort to celebrate your special occasions at all the restaurants. My husband and I even received a bottle of champagne and a heart shaped cake in our room for our anniversary. It was a pleasant surprise.

Great view for the ocean view suite. If you don’t make a reservation at one of the restaurants before 8 you have to eat at the saddest buffet I’ve ever eaten at. Also I felt like your seen different if you decide not to buy timeshare with them and are really restricted to many things.

This property needs to update the rooms. The pictures on Expedia show only 12 floors for their elite members. Our restrooms leaked, and they only patched them. The next day, the leak came back. Family activities are not good at all. The water park is on the other side of the resort. The food at the buffet was not good, leaving us wanting authentic Mexican food. We will not be back.
