Avoid this resort if possible; it could ruin your vacation. The food is terrible across all restaurants, making it difficult to find even one decent meal. Expect long wait times of about three hours to be seated and served. Additionally, beach towels are unavailable in the afternoon, which is inconvenient. The rooms are outdated, and the air conditioning units are quite noisy.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Place definitely needs alot of fixing up considering how expenseive it is to stay there. Wish there were more gluten free options or stuff understood more about it. Some staff did understand and i was greatful for them. Room 611 had a very strong chemical smell and we changed rooms. 2nd room much better. Spa was definitely great .
