The mattresses and couch could use an upgrade. For one of our kids - we took the bus in and got a foam mattress to add some cushion. Not bad per say - just very firm. But it was a beautiful stay. The food was fabulous and they did a great job changing it up with specials. We needed up north using the kitchen because the food was so good. Brunch is totally worth it and we often did the evening brunch. Christmas - they went out of their way for a fabulous meal and a Saxophone player. We very much enjoyed our stay
Clean, relaxing
Great resort for a family. The 2 Bedroom suite was perfect for our teenage daughters as they enjoyed their own bathroom, microwave, double beds, balcony, etc. The shuttle to the other Royal hotels ran every hour and were on time daily. All staff members were pleasant, knowledgeable, and always available.
Clean and crisp
If the seaweed wasn't in the surf, it would have been a great ocean access. Didn't like our Royal rep kept trying to get us to the time share presentation and stirring us away from restaurants we were interested in, to ones he got points for.
Only negative thing was the long walk to main road to catch a bus...other than that...Outstanding
I like the size of the suites, very spacious. Comfortable for medium to large families. Balcony opened up to great beach views. Beach only steps from property. I did not like the dining options, the condition of the property overall, the distance of the property from the main street and other dining options. Front desk staff could have been more pleasant.
