I would come back! It’s a smaller resort which was perfect with small kids and larger family to stay central and close to everyone, we traveled with my parents and sisters family. Always gotta get chairs early but we only needed 4 to work from, had 2-6 on each day, yes had to get early in morning. Only downside was buffett was smaller than I would have thought compared to every resort I’ve been too. As a picky eater that was unfortunate but I made due. Everything was great and typical of good resorts. Great for small children, small water park but it’s in the shade so colder water, lazy river was great and small kiddie pool was awesome that’s where our chairs were. Big pool for rest of peeps right next to kiddie, couple water slides and a zip line. Our kids in our group were 16,14,8,5,2 fyi we had a double room which was great my 16,14 had their own room and we stayed with the 2 yr old on the other side, was perfect. Staff was great like usually in Mexico. Enjoyed it and would recommend.

I recently stayed here with my family, overall amazing, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few disappointing aspects that I feel need to be addressed. The property itself is stunning, with fantastic amenities, great food, and top-tier service. The rooms were luxurious, and I was truly impressed with the attention to detail throughout the resort, and I had high expectations for my vacation. However, my enjoyment was significantly impacted by the resort's handling of weddings. On the days I was there, the pool area was closed off for wedding events, which was incredibly frustrating. The pool is one of the main attractions of the resort, and it was disheartening to find that I could not access it because of private functions. Not only that, but I felt displaced and inconvenienced, as it seemed that the needs of paying guests were secondary to the events they were hosting. While I understand that weddings are a significant part of a resort's business, I do not believe that guests should have to sacrifice their experience for a private event. Ideally, the resort should have a dedicated area for weddings or private events that doesn't affect the shared spaces used by all guests. It left me feeling like, despite having paid for my stay, I was being pushed aside for the sake of a wedding party. I believe that if the resort can find a way to separate these events from the everyday guest experience, it could elevate the stay for everyone and maintain profits from weddings.

The hotel and spa are very beautiful. However, we had a horrific experience. My husband and I the night before we left think we were poisoned. Our room often smelled like sewer and both of us at 2:30 am woke up very sick. My husband was throwing up and passed out in the bathroom. I heard the crash and went to check on him and I starting throwing up and could not stop for an hour. I tried to use the water and the toilet, sink and shower water was shut off. We wondered if we had such bad air from the pipes or sewer that is what may have poisoned us. It could have been the food from the Hibachi restaurant, but we were so sick. This was the worst food experience we ever had at any resort. It was almost not edible at most restaurants. The Ocean restaurant for example: had no fish and my Ribeye Steak was so thin (like a pancake) and so overcooked, I could not even cut it. Also, the people kept bombarding us to sign up for a presentation. That was offensive that they never stopped and would hardly take no for an answer. They were set up in three hallways that we passed ever time. It really took away from the joy of the vacation. The sound from our room was crazy. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. Great view, however parties on the patio on the 2nd floor were so loud. We could hear every conversation, music and kids screaming from the pool. On top of all the noise from the construction outside just below us all day!

The hotel is new and facilities are great, staff are also very kind. The only downside is that the ocean near the beach is not as blue as you’d find in the hotel zone

The Managment is useless The staff was great but rooms were dirty and air conditioning filter wasn’t at least not cleaned from last 5 years disgusting! All the rooms smelled like mold and all the structures were old and out to date!

clean and friendly staff buffet was meh

The resort overall was great. the staff all being on the same page would be nice. People were down by the pool reserving all the pool chairs at 6:30am. Staff worked to find spots to add more chairs but it was difficult. They should be better about removing stuff of unoccupied chairs and not allow to reserve for people are evening sitting.

Just returned from a 5 night stay over New Years eve. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, 15,18,19 years old. Pros: They had a DJ and fireworks around the pool for New years. There was an option of purchasing a table and bottle service but we didn't opt for that. Plenty of things to do in the evenings. Show every night at 7:30 and then always music of some kind in the lobby and then DJ or something in the sports bar. Clean, newer hotel. Great size. Not too big that you have to hike everywhere but large enough to make it interesting. We never ate at the buffet, we either ordered room service, ordered food by the pool or ate at one of the restaurants. Everything we had was good. I appreciate to having to make reservations for the restaurants. Tip: 6:00 you will be seated right away, after that you get a pager and it's about an hour to 1.5 hour wait. If you want to eat at 7:30 grab a pager at 6:30. Staff was fantastic! Special shout out to Oscar in the preferred club pool area. He was amazing. He kept our drinks full and water cold! He made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. Another special shout out to Damian in the preferred club pool. Our daughter turned 18 while we were there and he did a huge happy birthday sign in sand, they brought her a cake and champagne glasses for a toast. They really made her feel special. Cons: Need more beach chairs!!! There's hardly any. Also need more tubes for the lazy river.

The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Damian at the preferred pool went above and beyond for our family and Santiago at Desires bar was very friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. Definitely recommend Dreams Natura for a family vacation!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Dreams Natura. The resort is perfect if you’re looking for a nice small cozy place. Beach was good if you have kids who love to play in the sand…not the greatest in terms of swimming as the water is quite murky. If you want blue clear water then stay at a different resort. Food was great…minus Dinner Buffet…not many edible options. But you can get at at any other restaurant for dinner without needing reservations. Be prepared to wait though as most are pretty full. Breakfast and Lunch were a HIT! Waterslides were fun! We loved the lazy river…especially since the water was always so warm!
