The property is beautiful and very well cared for and maintained. There was always someone working somewhere it is a beautiful jungle vibe and several animals roam the property. Very eco friendly. The pools are beautiful and the majority of the staff were absolutely amazing. We were able to book a great snorkeling trip right from the lobby and it picked us up on the dock. I did end up getting food poisoning and it was the only place we had eatten. The bar drinks were not good, especially at the swim up bars. They tasted watered down and had absolutely zero flavor. They pushed hard to get us to go listen to their sales pitch. When we canceled because i was sick the lady was definitely not friendly about it. Also when we got our beach towels i asked the kid do we need to turn them in before we go or can we leave them in our room. He said we could leave them in the room so we did. When we went to check out the man at the front desk was absolutely rude anout it and made my husband go clear back to the room to get the wet dirty towels. Also there was a small strange tax when we checked out that he refused to explain. Other than getting sick it was a great visit until check out.

The property is close to the reefs. And the Dresser Divers is onsite. But Dressel hussels 20 to 40 divers per morning and afternoon. Too many. The beach is rocky weedy and generally bad swimming..

Great: Beach and pool area, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, staff helpfulness, wildlife on the property. Buffet food options and quality were above expectations. No sales pitching. Average: Walking outside the property is limited to beach areas of adjacent resorts. Swimming area is OK, but not great due to rocks and seaweed. Impossible to keep the room dark during the night.

Felt secluded and secure.

Iberostar never disappoints! We've been to this resort a number of times. We always know what to expect, making each vacation enjoyable. The resort is clean and the covid precautions are appreciated. The staff is fantastic!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I have never traveled to Cozumel before but I was pleasantly surprised to find Paradise at the Iberostar Cozumel. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff could not be more friendly! My husband and I wanted a relaxing vacation and we certainly found that here. Between the beach and pool we were able to lounge with some drinks and enjoy the beautiful weather. We met several couples varying in ages that were returning guests some up to 10 times that’s when you know you have found a good place! We did not dive this trip but plan to return in the future as it was highly recommended by all we spoke to. The food is pretty good we ate at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and always were able to find something to eat as they had plenty of options. We also had reservations at the steak house which was good. I wouldn’t say this is a resort you would go to just for the food but we were well fed. We also walked down the beach and had lunch at a beach bar which was delicious. The entertainment was great something different every night we enjoyed it. Overall, Iberostar Cozumel is a wonderful place to stay and we will be coming back in the future.

The food, especially dinners in the reserved dining areas was incredibly good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The two shows I attended were excellent. The beach was nice, but entering the water was rocky. Faced with a significant plane delay due to an ice storm, it was impossible to reach someone by phone. When the desk at the hotel was called, I was given a non-working number in Miami to call

Food was mediocre

Beautiful resort but the customer service area was awful. Would love to see dancing for the guests at night. Pools and the daily games we're a lot of fun. The restaurants were amazing and was the housekeeping and waitstaff

Nice property, Beautiful Location, Located close to the Reefs, Nice were OK but dated and lot of light enter then room at night, Buffets and Asian Restaurant were delicious with a vast variety of dishes and food, Staff is awesome, Show and entertainment was funny and we had a great time!

Been here several times. Mainly for diving, but the resort is all inclusive and family friendly. Staff is excellent. Facilities and rooms are excellent. I’ll be back!

Relaxing and peaceful resort. Friendly staff, beautiful pool and beach area.

Every single employee was extremely friendly and pleasant.

This Property is nestled in the jungle, yet, very few skeeter bites, plenty of wildlife to see, and gorgeous, lush landscaping!

Staff is great, food is excellent. Would like more security visible as our phone was stolen right from the pool area while we were swimming. Another guest a couple of days later was looking for his two phones that were stolen by the pool also. This was our 2nd time coming and we will definitely be back but just more careful about bringing our phones with us down to the pool area. Overall, it was a great experience as usual!

I was upcharged for a sanitation fee at the end that I was unaware of. The Gym closes at 3pm that is too early. the Gym is not open on Saturdays. I wanted to go to the Gym on Saturday. The big pool tile grout in the tile had black algea on it. The property did exceed our expectations and we would go back.
