I enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Singing, dancing, audience participation with friendly and talented people. We knew Alejandra, Edgar and David from previous vacations and felt like visiting friends. Other staff members remembered and greeted us warmly. Additionally there was plenty of good food, good drinks, and a bit of diving, so we plan to return

Air conditioning in the room was not great. Could not sleep great because room was too warm.

The food, service and hotel was excellent. Very satisfied with the trip! Had just a couple of bug bites during the whole stay (comparing to reviews read before going on the trip). Loungers are not reservable and there are plenty of them for everyone. Got to see barracuda, cushion star and a type of sting ray while snorkeling. Can't wait to come back!!!

Loved the nature like setting and how it wasn't too crowded, easy to find chairs on the beach every day. Everyone was very friendly. Food was good

Beautiful resort! Wildlife everywhere! Natural environment, lots of “green “ thinking going on here. No plastic, no straws, etc. Lots of attention to creating a calm, natural environment. Staff is outstanding & friendly.

At Iberostar it feels like you are living in the jungle! Wonderful sounds from nature greet you each day. The staff was friendly, inviting and some even remembered our names day after day. It’s not huge so it makes it easy to meet others and make new connections with people all over the world. Nice variety of food and activities. The diving was amazing! We can’t wait to come back!

This is the best hotel in Cozumel. The hotel itself is great. The food is excellent as well as the on site diving.

Pros: close to beach, landscaping was pretty, easy to get taxis, always kept room clean, towels stocked, AC and hot water worked good, scuba diving and snorkeling right at the beach Cons: food was nothing special and poor variety, drinks were horrible-its like the bartenders just threw random stuff in the blender and pray it turned out good, mosquitoes and gnats bite you up all day and night, not much to do-kinda boring, shows were decent, couldn't walk into the water from the beach because it was very rocky I'm glad I tried it out but I won't be coming back to this resort

Rooms need upgrade, especially air conditioning. Staff needs training in exemplary customer service

Liked our stay, service was great and premises were comfortable and well maintained. Food at the buffet was OK but with a lit of room for improvement

Continent scuba shop right on the grounds with short boat rides to the dive sites. Food was better than I expected for a buffet style all inclusive. The restaurants that required reservations had good food but nothing special. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

This was my 12th visit to this Iberostar. Love the place. BUT the staff is now being ordered to promote the new Iberostar Club. A prepaid vacation plan, not unlike a timeshare. We went to the concierge, Norma, for dinner reservations and she started pushing the Club. And pushing. And PUSHING. We finally agreed to attend the "informational meeting" to get her to leave us alone. Didn't go.

Our second stay here. We go for the diving with Dressel Divers. Nice and clean, well maintained, great staff!
