TRS is a BEAUTIFUL resort and the staff is so friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived they treated us like family. The food options were great! My room was absolutely gorgeous and kept clean daily. The bulter Selene was perfection! She met our every need before we could think about it. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I travel to Mexico.

For the price it wasnt worth it . Not enough chairs and umbrellas at the pools. The resort is so big that it’s hard to walk everywhere and they don’t provide enough transportation. Food is 3/5 not the best not many options. Drinks are weak. The resort is supposed to be adults only but yet I still saw children. If I pay to have adults only that’s what I should have. House keeping takes forever it’s so bad that i had a plate in my room for hours it started to get ants. In the details they offer you 1500$ in credit but when you arrive they hand you 1500$ in coupons that you can barely use. Service in the restaurants were lacking On the bright I saw a monkey on the resort which was cool and the pools were nice. Sadly I won’t be returning to this resort. They also charge you an extra environmental fee.

Beautiful property with endless activities, only downside is that the food lacked in variety and flavor. If the food had been better I’d give this resort a 5/5, unfortunately since the food was sub-par I’d give my stay a 3/5.

The TRS-Yukatan Hotel provides an amazing experience. The entire staff across the board were some of the kindest humans I have had the pleasure of staying with. the butlers in our building, Erasmo, Paola, and Belen tended to our every need and exceeding our expectation. The property was easy to get around, beautiful, and very clean. The maid serviced the room in the morning and in the evening to turn down the bed. This has been one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had. Thank you. : )

Disappointed. Never any clean towels at the pools. Every meal took over an hour - many times we would be completely done with our buffet before we were even greeted or if we were we would never get the drinks we ordered. The used cups, plates and towels were all over the property. Drug dealers allowed to roam the beaches of the property and come right up to you - literally every 5 minutes. Room service was cold. We were told to use their app to make dining reservations- so we did, and when we showed up to the restaurant they had nothing in “the system”. We got little to no sleep for four night due to the noise…

Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Great service overall, good food, beautiful and clean hotel. The only criticism I have is that there were free daily recreation activities on the resort and the schedule was difficult to access if you were away from the TV in your room, however, the activities staff gladly shared the schedule and signed you up as well as the butlers.

The resort is very big with a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. We were amazed at how well our service was from the minute we stepped foot in the lobby to leaving on our last day. There are maps around the resort to guide you where you need to go. Also, the resort was BEAUTIFUL! Definitely will be coming here again.

We stayed at the TRS Yucatan for 12 nights (Jan 3-15, 2022). They have done an excellent job dealing with Covid restrictions. The staff wears masks ALL the time. At the buffest, guests must wear masks while at the food stations, and there are gloves to put on while handling the serving utensils. I a couple of the restaurants, (Helios and Capricho), the food items are placed on individual dishes, so there are no serving utensils. The restaurants are VERY cognizant in dealing with different food allergies. All the ala-carte restaurants menus list if an item contains gluten, is vegetarian, or has raw meat/seafood in it. There is a 24hr period where a room remains empty between guest checkout/check-in. We had a private pool garden view suite. While it was nice having our own small pool, the greenery wasn't sufficient around it to allow for private nude swim/sunbathing. I think in the future, I would opt for one of the suites with the tub on the lanai with the high walls and privacy drapes that some of the units had. We had a butler in our building (Adan) that took care of making reservations at the ala-carte restaurants, Chic Cabaret, and the Zentropia Spa. Adan is a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor. He took good care of us while we were there! The Zentropia Spa is expensive (as hotel spa's usually are), BUT it was a great way to spend 3 hours (80 minute massage, plus time in the hydrotherapy circuit). The staff was great from check-in to checkout.

This resort is a bit far from CUN but worth it. Overall the resort is in great condition. The food was very good. We really liked the French and Italian restaurants as well as Capricho & Helios, no place to get lunch or snack after 3 PM unless one wanted to go to one of the neighboring resorts that was not nearly as desirable. All staff except check-in was 10 . Front desk staff unhelpful & unhappy. Our travel companions were long gone before we had to ask to be checked in after a wait. Some guests got bubbly and others did not, inconsistent. I had to have my wristband replaced and desk personnel acted like it was a bother. Remaining staff could not have been more friendly/accommodating. We stayed on the third floor in building 65 which was a great ocean view location. There are no elevators so if you do not want to climb stairs stay on the first floor. The butlers Martha, Yasir and Oscar were exceptional. Yasir was especially personable. Restaurant and bar staff was top notch. Sometimes the loud music in the restaurants and lobby bar was annoying but there was always a place to escape. Rooms were large and comfortable but a bit odd with mirrors everywhere, inadequate lighting. Pools were beautiful and the saltwater pool was relaxing. There is no beach in front of this resort but there is a beautiful beach within easy walking distance at a neighboring resort which TRS guests have access. Wish all guests wore masks as required & the nose is part of the respiratory system!

I liked and absolutely loved everything at my hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming the intire stay room service came twice a day to make sure room was cleaned and we had everything we needed in our room I will definitely be back to visit

Beautiful resort, lavish tropical landscape everywhere, infinity pool gorgeous view of the ocean, other pools very nice, luxurious suite with private pool- loved it, delicious food all places restaurants, many more

Excellent resort. We had so much fun, food in restaurants was great. The only recommendation for them is that they need to clean on a daily basis all pools. Overall we will return to TRS.

My only issue was that checking into hotel took a bit long but once settled into the room it was nice and relaxing. The workers who take your luggage and arrange the cart ride to your room need more organization as it took us over an hour wait to get to our room. Otherwise our stay was nice and staff were great. Food and drinks were also great and everywhere we went was cleaned and felt safe.

Our room had the private plunge pool that was great and private, staff super nice. Food was good, breakfast bars were great. Service was slow sometimes, due short staffed due to covid. Overall very good experience.

The staff is so welcoming and kind. We loved getting to know them throughout the week!
