It is in a great location. The beaches are clean and beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only problem was with the food. Often it was cold and sometimes there would not be enough.

The resort was very clean. The beach was well groomed. A few of the bartenders really stood out. They were extremely friendly and great to talk to! Although, I do not remember specific names. Others just didn't talk much, not rude, that was OK too.

Quality of food and liquor has decreased since we were there 2 years ago

I didn’t like how on the floor above us you can hear if they walk with heels or when they move things around.

The beach was very nice. There was seaweed however the workers worked really hard to clean them. The next day was no seaweeds. Food was okay at the buffets. The restaurant were amazing food. The cons is they have no WiFi only for limited of time at the mall. I think it should be 24/7 free at the lobby. They make you pay for extras at the bowling arcade room. Water park.

At no fault of the property.... Just don't go in June. Seaweed and high tide ruined beach play.

Big property, so much to do, and satisfied to just lounge in the sun. The service and overall care at the restaurants could be improved. Regardless, most is set up really well to do/ get what you need or want.

I did like that property has a lot different things like: pools, play aerias, bars, grills, restaurants etc Barcelo beach rooms are a bit outdated, beds and bedding are not comfortable!

Loved the beach! Didn't like the damp bedroom/linens.

Amazing hotel and service! The hotel is magnificent!!!! This is my second time there and can’t wait to go back.
