I have been going to Barcelo Riviera Maya the last 15 years (usually in August). It has always been beautiful, well kept, the food options fantastic, and the staff is awesome. This is by far the best resort I have ever been to. Thank you Barcelo for always going above and beyond my expectations!

We’ve been in Cancun several times, and this was our first time in playa, and Barceló was just amazing, fantastic, excellent!!!!! We will definitely be back!!! Oh btw there is a mall within the property, yes a mall!!!!!!!
Beautiful property. Staff is very friendly. Pools are awesome! Quality of food and base level liquor was just okay. After 3 days, I was ready for some better food. Capri restaurant was the best we ate at.
Would be better if at night time you could go to the restaurants every night.

Thumps up to Victor and Henry Moo(Tropical luggage guys). Luis Menéndez (Rojo). Antonio Perdona and Anna Garcia(tequila bar), Denali Trejo(Pueblo Bar) and David and Moses(Colonial breakfast buffet)
