The staff were all super friendly! Citally was the bed conseirge ever. David and Cielo made everything super easy and they were very nice. Antonio from the bar was so funny!

Although I still review highly, I had a very off stay. We were here 2 weeks. In that time we had the following calls/requests made. Day 1 - Umm, the patio door will not open. Once opened after some man-handling by staff, don't close it all the way. There is no outside handle. I'm running out of text, so here it goes. Ants. AC failure. Power randomly shuts off. Racoons chasing you. "Shuttles" repeatedly tell you "the next one". It's never the next one. Heat index at 108°F and you just want to get to any lobby (there are 4). And the audacity to pressure me to attend a 30 year vacation plan as I walk in? For $39,000...

We got a VIP access because we reserved through expedia but there was not a detailed explanation about what does that includes, so we missed going to some restaurants. Otherwise everything was nice

The TRS pool was amazing and they had fun aqua activities during the day like aerobics and water bike class. Overall the service was amazing no matter where you were from the check-in, to shops, to dining and concierge. The resort was pristine everywhere. The only little hiccup was waiting for shuttles to take you from different areas, sometimes the wait was a little long in the heat but it wouldn't deter me from staying again! Shout out to Angel at the front desk, Adrian at concierge and David and Cielo at Villa 59 and the entire staff at Helios for exceptional service!

Would I recommend this resort? NOOOOOO Please take my comments to heart from someone who has traveled to 30+ countries and stayed at different resorts. My wife and I traveled with our 2 young children ( under 5) end of September. This was our first time taking our children from a family trip. Our trip was a pure DISAPPOINTMENT. The Resort management is either NON-EXISTENT OR DON'T CARE about improving their service. I would give credit to customer service. They try so hard, but evidently, if Management is OFF, Customer service is limited. FYI. I am attaching most of the photos to show you what I meant 1. Our patio door was broke from day1. It was not closing right. We made a complaint and it was not still fixed until day 5 when we left. This is a serious safety issue. You can imagine how many What ifs could happen with unlocked room where we left our valuables everyday 2. The NEST ( buffet restaurant) served spoiled food. I complained to the manager on duty that morning and the Chef. I was told, it would be addressed by the higher administration. Again, no action was taken until I left the resort on day 5. 3. My son has allergies which we specifically mentioned each time we entered the restaurant. Here we are in the evening, eating at the Thai restaurant, we order FRIES, plain French fries. The fries were delivered with 2 pieces of TOFU. What if my son had allergies to TOFU? Same night, I ordered CHICKEN WINGS and instead I got PORK😡😡 NOTE: Read more on Google

Staff was courteous & always helpful, David & Cielo (concierge) both were helpful. Just one feedback, this hotel needs to have more vegetarian food option as they had very less & we could not enjoy food.

Our first impression was it was beautiful! All the staff were very nice and accommodating, some language barrier, but not too bad. Our room was big and comfortable. Only issue with the room was the phone didn't work. Had to ask 3 times for someone to come look and fix it. Still dodnt work when we left 5 days later.Overalll, we had a great time.
