Our first impression was it was beautiful! All the staff were very nice and accommodating, some language barrier, but not too bad. Our room was big and comfortable. Only issue with the room was the phone didn't work. Had to ask 3 times for someone to come look and fix it. Still dodnt work when we left 5 days later.Overalll, we had a great time.

We had a great stay at Palladium, staf is very friendly, our concierge Cielo and Karen were the best, they texted us every morning when they came at work if we needed anything and also again before leaving work. The food is the best on the buffets, you could find anything, delicious fresh food. The alacarte restaurants were amazing, just make sure you book ahead. We did try 7 of them and the favorite was La Adelita. The cleaning crew everyday cleaned our room and also left wine and deserts for us at the room. From all our other Mexico vacations thus at Palladium was the best, except the fact that we could not enjoy the sea because of seaweed.

My son and I had a truly wonderful stay at Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to David and Cielo from the concierge team — they were both amazing! David helped us resolve an issue with our room and arranged an upgrade, which made a big difference in our stay. They were incredibly attentive and kind, assisting us with restaurant reservations and providing helpful recommendations. David also connected us with a contact to book a trip to Xel-Há, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our vacation. As a mom traveling with her child, I really appreciated how cared for and supported we felt. Our families enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium White Sands. The ability to have access to all pools and hotels was fantastic. The dinner locations were enjoyable and the food was delicious. The buffets were also great. The staff was extremely accommodating and getting around the resort was easy with the shuttles picking you up every few minutes. I would also like to send a shout out to David and Cielo who assisted us with everything that we needed such as dinner reservations, shows, shuttle pick up etc. We all really enjoyed having them around at a moments notice. Our family cant wait to go back again soon!

The resort is beautiful and spotless. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. They appear to really like their jobs. We truly appreciated having our own "butler" in the beachside junior suite, building 59.
