The resort was beautiful, the rooms could have been a little cleaner/maintained especially in the shower area. Private pool was not functioning properly but still was able to use. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Patricia in villa (63). The golf cart transportation was always readily available and the resort had a lot of great fun activities, like macrame, archery, rifle shooting…etc. The food could be better, especially the quality of the steak at el gaucho.

Room was spotless. Top Shelf Alcohol even at the pool. Both adult pools were heated. The infinity pool is all marble very cool. Never had to walk carts are everwhere to come pick you up.

This was our first time staying at a hotel with a butler. Our butler Itzel was amazing ! Staff friendly and could always find a chair by the infinity pool. The downfall were some of the alacart restaurant meals were subpar. Specifically the steaks. Overall it’s a very beautiful property and you can tell the staff take great pride in its maintenance.

Overall Impression: A beautiful stay marked by exceptional dining experiences and a few service inconsistencies. Dining Excellence: Helios was the consistent star of our trip for breakfast (the chia seed pudding is a must-try) and dinner. A special shout-out to Chef Sabine and Manuel for making our anniversary dinner magical with personalized decorations. Entertainment: Chic Cabaret is a world-class experience. Sonia provided excellent service through a spectacular 7-course meal. The anniversary shout-out from the MC was a fantastic touch. Lunch buffet at La Hacienda and La Laguna were great. Leisure & Relaxation: The Zentropia Spa facilities (sauna/hot tub) were top-notch. We also thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool and the Palladium Travel Club Bali beds for a more exclusive beach vibe. Standout Staff: Ricardo (Tentazione), Renner (Poseidon), Manuel (La Paisana), Ruben (Capricho) provided great service. Ramon (Butler): Efficiently handled our off-site logistics. Gustavo and Alexis(Butler): Onsite reservations/transport/services par excellence Room & Property Observations The Room: Generally good, though the AC runs quite cold. We initially noticed some cobwebs, but maintenance cleared them immediately. The food was average, but hey we didn't get sick! The entire stay was a sales pitch for the time share program and the vacation club. The moment you get there they sell you a $200 a day upgrade which you essentially need to get a pool chair. Getting a reservation was time-consuming and availability was scarce. The beach had actual garbage and seaweed scattered. There aren't enough pool chairs to serve guests and the salt water pool (ocean tide pools) are also filled with litter although they would be beautiful if not. They just don't maintain what otherwise would be a great hotel. The one bright spot is the concierge team is actually great.

The butler service was absolutely amazing. Alexis and Gabriele took such great care of us. They would be the reason we return! The room was nice, needs some updates though. The private pool was really nice to have. Our pool valet Alfri was also amazing. He set a Bali bed with birthday decorations for my wife’s birthday and provided us excellent service.

It's hard to choose one favorite thing when everything at this resort is absolute perfection. From the gorgeous grounds to the amazing food to the cleanliness of the resort- everything was spot on! But, I do have to say the very best thing about this resort is the staff. They make every guest feel important and are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They are the reason this was our 4th visit with our 5th planned in October.

Everything from the staff, the room, and the property were amazing. Our butlers Moses and Itzel were so incredibly nice and helpful. Every employee we came across was happy, helpful, and friendly. We don’t typically return to the same resorts as we like to try new places but we are already planning a second trip to TRS.

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!! I upgraded my stay and was worth every penny! The Chic Show/floating breakfast etc all were amazing, though it rained on breakfast day which couldn’t be helped. I do hope more night entertainment like DJs on the TRS side/silent party not in the kids area. Our butlers Antonio, Miguel and Francisco were so sweet and made sure everything down to the detailed were amazing! We plan to go back and try to get the master suite, but is unavailable on Expedia unfortunately. Thank you TRS!
