From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The Expedia representative Fernanda García Pichardo who helped us with the booking did a wonderful job making the entire process smooth and easy, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our time at this incredible resort. Thanks to her incredible efforts, we truly experienced the stay of a lifetime. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and beautifully organized—from the booking to our arrival and throughout our stay. The TRS Yucatán is an amazing property, and she made sure we were able to enjoy it to the fullest without worrying about a single thing. The hotel itself is outstanding. The food was excellent with so many delicious options, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality. The service throughout the resort was truly unbelievable—staff members were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The beach was absolutely beautiful: clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Our stay at TRS Yucatan was truly above and beyond. Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. I can’t imagine an all-inclusive without a personal butler now, and it’s why we’ll be choosing TRS resorts going forward. The rooms were spotless and serviced multiple times a day. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to leave the resort. Every staff interaction was warm and welcoming—we honestly felt like celebrities. The spa was incredible and worth every penny. We planned one visit and ended up booking a second. Drinks were well crafted and served in glassware, which we appreciated. The CHIC show exceeded expectations with a unique seven-course meal and amazing performers. We can’t wait to return!

This was our 3rd time back in Mexico and the TRS resort was by far our favorite and most beautiful experience. The resort itself was excellent with lots of different activities to pick from( so that if you’re staying for a long time you will always find something to do. We stayed for 5 days and took advantage of the Archery with Alessandra, Shooting range, many swimming pools, water sports, spa, and other activities such as basketball, tennis, and even Mini Golf ! The staff was a 10/10, our main Butler was Gustavo and he was incredible! We definitely recommend this resort if you are looking for a healthy balance of relaxation and light activities. 100% we will come back to this resort!

The staff was great. Some of the best hospitality. The villa managers Naomi and Carlos took care of everything we needed. The resort looked great with the pool looking clean and the beach was great. The staff kept the kids from the other resorts out of the designated TRS beach area so the adults can relax without watching for kids.

Beautiful property, great food, clean, staff was wonderful (George was our butler and he was great!), saw a monkey and a bunch of Coatis and lizards. Huge property and loved being able to visit the other resorts!

Amazing food, there were tons of places to choose from we didnt have time to try them all! Beautiful clean rooms, lots of amazing staff that care about making you happy. The butlers were so friendly and very eager to help. I had an awesome massage and the spa is clean and has a great ambiance. Spectacular resort, very clean and clearly very well kept. Will recommend to everyone i know!!!

My stay at TRS Yucatán was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible butlers Belén, Christian, and Alex, especially Belén and Christian. Belén and Christian went above and beyond in every possible way. Their attention to detail, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued from the moment I arrived. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with grace, efficiency, and a smile. They are the kind of people who turn a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Their dedication and passion for what they do are rare and deserve special recognition. Alex was also wonderful and consistently helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly and contributing to the overall feeling of comfort and ease throughout my stay. As for TRS Yucatán, this resort is the definition of luxury done right. The property is stunning, the food is excellent, the service is seamless, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and refined. Every detail feels intentional, and the adults-only experience creates a perfect balance of elegance and fun. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I owe much of that to Belén and Christian. They are absolute gems and a credit to the TRS Yucatán brand. I cannot wait to return.

It was our first time at a TRS and we loved it! The food was excellent, the people go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and the property was HUGE! We went to multiple pools throughout the day and all of them had a different vibe! We enjoyed being able to visit the connecting resorts as well and saw lots of Coatis and Iguanas!

Honestly really hard to be specific but everything from when we arrived to when we left was amazing. Staff treated us like royalty. Very informative and always willing to help. Highly recommend TRS to everybody!!
