The property's location is great; a few minutes from key attractions including Xplor, ruins, cenotes. The staff is awesome and helpful. We found some of the rooms to be a bit outdated. The room we had originally had a defective TV, and a broken shower head. However, we requested a new room and the staff accommodated us in a new room the following day. Other than that, great amenities, great food, and gym.

La comida está muy mala y alguna de los empleados muy groseros.

Making dinner reservations for my family of 3 was nearly impossible. On two occasions I showed up to dinner with a reservation and receipt confirmation on hand and was still turned away and was told the staff did my reservation wrong. The restaurants in most cases were nearly empty so I am unsure why they did not try to accommodate and make things right. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets had the same food all week. Mostly bland, burgers, hot dogs, pastas, deli meats and salads, nothing really Mexican nor authentic. The pools were nice, but getting chairs was difficult most days. The beach is very rocky and lots and lots of sea weed; I wished they would make an effort of cleaning up the beach more.

La comida es malísima, el servicio malisimo, no informan todo lo hacen imposible, para algun reclamo literal pierdes el dia si van con algun discapacitado y necesitan alquilar silla electrica es lo peor te dan una que no sirve pero te hacen pagar completo, y te la entregan hasta las 2 osea pierdes medio dia, es el tercer hotel que visito en cancun y es el peor ni vuelvo ni dejo que algún conocido vaya ahhh y puedes reservar en lis restaurantes de carnes pasta y comida de mar pero adivinen que?? Siempre estan full y ya separados me quede 5 dias y solo logramos ingresar a uno, el resto fue puro buffets malísimos

When we checked into our suite we noticed poop 💩 in the tub, called in the next morning when flies were there. Took two days to clean I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, I complained to the GM and didn’t make any accommodations.

This place is ok if you plan to walk miles to get somewhere and the restaurants are booked to where you cannot eat at them so you have to settle for the leftovers buffet. Food was terrible and service was terrible. Will never comeback
