I don’t like writing negative reviews but in this case I had to,it was a group of 30 people visiting the resort are we experience was horrible the staff was rude,the lobby was really far from my rooms a round-trip to the lobby would be about two hours waiting for the transportation to the lobby waiting at the lobby and waiting to get back to our rooms,We probably spent 1/3 of our time just waiting for carts to the lobbies and that the lobby we walk most of the time just cause we know how long it would take to get a ride from one of the hotel carts….. The drinks were the worst I’ve ever had really cheap liquor the drinks are not consistent and I can’t stop saying how rude most of the employees were in the lobby and that the bars…The rooms were filthy and out dated there was mold in the bathroom unacceptable for the price you pay. The check-in took about two hours!!! never again!!!!!

I fully understand that the resort is functioning with both COVID and recent fire limitations, but out of our 10 rooms, spread out over 3 of the 4 hotels, not one didn't have issues. We experienced: broken room locks, falling ceilings, room (not building) power outages, missing/incorrect reservations, inconsistent service/amenities, looonnngggg lines for guest services, and food poisoning (or some other gastrointestinal bug). There are so many other choices at this price point along the Riviera Maya that we will not be giving this place another chance

Property had a fire weeks (months) ago. Not all restaurants/amenities are available as advertise. I do understand this things happen, but do not understand why they do not disclose/update available services.

If you like staying at a cookie cutter hotel (think Las Vegas) this place is for you. It is full of tourists and there are lots of families. Not a place I would recommend if you are going with friends or for a romantic getaway. As it is an all inclusive do not expect amazing food either, food and drinks were regular, nothing out of the ordinary. The room was ok and spacious, but it smelled like mold and my allergies flared up. It was also very noisy with lots of kids running around.

This is the fourth all inclusive resort we’ve stayed at in the last 10 years and was the nicest. All the other resorts were in similar price ranges. The food was good, even on the buffets. All the staff was friendly even though there might have been a language as I don’t speak Spanish.

the main deal breaker for us was that there were no hot Jacuzzi's in the entire resort. we were looking forward to evening relaxation in hot water not cold pools. In Winter months it is essential. second issue is that the food was not up to par with a 5 star resort. the coffee in the buffet restaurants was always lukewarm. lastly, our room A/C was not functioning well and we spent two nights muggy which is understandable to a point but the front staff gave us no credits or sympathy for it. you pay high dollar for all to work well and when it doesn't they should, at the very least, try to compensate in some way.

Cheap food. Juices and some drinks are watered down. Coffee was always cold. Low reception/wifi in room. Low electricity. Breakers would snap as soon as we turned on hair dryer or iron! Small bathtub!! NO jacuzzi, unless you pay extra to use the spa which has services too high to afford!! Restaurants take loooong to sit you and then another hour or two to bring your food!!

The lighting in the room was terrible. I had to use my phone to read at night. The food was just ok. Being a large group, it was very difficult to plan dinner as most places wouldn't make a reservation for us. The pools and beach were lovely. The activities were pretty good.

We took our 2 adult children, their spouses and grandson and had an extraordinary trip. Staff is wonderful, especially Rosa. They went beyond expectations, for example with the trams and being so accommodating. Food is excellent and ocean was gorgeous. This was our Christmas gift and they all want to return next year.
