Excellent staff, great food. The elevator was not working and we had to use the service elevator and took a bit longer, (hopefully they fix it soon) but other than that, We will be back and we recommend to anyone.. loved this placed. :)
The overall personal feel of the hotel was lacking from prior experiences. I have stayed there at least 5 times if not more. I used to walk in and feel like I was in paradise. This time I walked in and had to request numerous items that were missing. Nobody was unfriendly; however, there used to ...
We usually stay closer to town but opted to stay out further this time since we rented a car. The property is very nice and the staff is wonderful. The beach is a bit of a walk but the paved and wooden walkways make it accessible for everyone. There is a lot of wildlife there. The iguanas like to ...
Front desk employees seemed preoccupied at the computer rather than acknowledging a guest. An advanced email was sent to request rooms on the second floor but they had no knowledge of the request (this has happened before). The dining room staff gave wonderful serve every day.

The staff went out of their way to fulfill our needs. Each morning they deliver a breakfast of Mexican breads and coffee to your room which is very nice. It's an excellent location, looking right out at the water. The malecon below is interesting to watch. There's no bar noise, but there is a bit of traffic noise late. We brought earplugs for sleeping and it was fine. We loved it and would return again.
This hotel is very nice and good experienced staff
This is NOT an all-inclusive resort...the Blue Angel Resort is for the diver/traveler that likes to get out and immerse themselves in the local fare. It is very centrally located (you can walk to town...or rent a bike from the hotel), a great atmosphere (the staff is the best on the island), and has the best view of the sunset from your private balcony.
Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great, local Ingredients used and will make something for you off the menu.. rooftop pool is an asset..close to all the conveniences you need while you visit Cozumel....
