The ocean front swim up was amazing. Only 26 steps to the sea for me. The bar was easy access and the selection of drinks was good. My favorite drink was the blue Hawaiian. The employees were friendly, as well.

There is a reconstruction going on. You hear all noise during the day. It doesn’t feel like a vacation. The beach has seaweed issues. The restaurants are closed frequently. The regular staff which provides the service is very nice and they will do everything for you, but we met some nasty and very rude staff members as well who called themselves “supervisors”. Generally will not recommend this resort (Dreams at Cozumel). There are so many other nice places to be.

My room had a wonderful view of the ocean and was very clean. Despite being next to the ocean the room was not musty. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything needed. i will certainly be back.

This was the worst all-inclusive and vacation experience of my life. The room conditions were not to the level of the advertised standard. I had a room with several bugs and roaches, water leaks, mold and the food was not consumable. They finally changes my room after 2 days to a down gradec and never gave me a refund for the swimout room I paid for. I feel scammed with all of the false advertising. I had to travel through an abandoned resort to get to Secrets where they didnt have enough space to accomidate guests I will never go to this resort or recommend it to anyone. I have pictures to support the filthy room they gave me.

Nos encanto la playa y las vistas del hotel. Almorzar cada manana con vista al mar fue muy padre. Kristel y Yajaira del buffet fueron muy amables, siempre recbiendonos con una sonrisa y Kristel muy atenta se acordaba de nuestro apellido. Gloria es muy atenta y hace muy ricos omelets y pancakes. Tienen un excelente servicio al cliente, cuando les agradeces te contestan "es un placer". El Sr Irham muy atento, respetuoso y platicador nos ayudaba a tomar algunas actividades. Wendy la chica de los drinks nos cayo super, es muy amable y trabajadora. Ademas Luz, de entretenimiento se ve que ama su trabajo y sabe tratar a las personas. La habitacion super comoda, amplia y la cama muy confortable. Sin duda regresariamos a este hotel. El unico inconvenciente esta en el check in. Las personas que te atienden podrian ser mas amables y asignarte el cuarto a tiempo. Aunque llegamos temprano al hotel y fuimos varias veces a la recepcion se tardaron mucho en entregarnos el cuarto(y no eramos los unicos) . Finalemente nos entregaron la habitacion despues de las 3:30 pm. Creo que podrian mejorar en eso.

We will not return. We went last year and had such a good time my husband and I went back again this year. We will not return. Hyatt took over this property a couple of years ago and are making changes in all the wrong ways. The food quality went from excellent to mediocre at best. We were woken up each morning at 8:30 by construction workers using a jack-hammer right outside our door (no exaggeration!). When we complained about the noise we were told we could change rooms if we felt it was necessary, but not until 3:00 or 4:00. There were no other concessions or solutions offered and the manager never contacted us (no surprise there). Our swim-out pool had a ring of green slime on the walls around it. I watched them clean the pool walls every day last year and not once this year. Overall, the property looks run-down. On the positive side, the snorkeling from the beach is excellent.

Good afternoon, I had a terrible experience — truly one of the worst I've ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and inattentive. The lobby is extremely small, barely accommodating ten people. The buffet restaurant was unacceptable: the food was of very poor quality, and the fruit was covered in flies — absolutely appalling. The pool area looked more like a small backyard pool or a kiddie splash zone than what you'd expect from a hotel. The rooms were outdated, equipped with mini-split air conditioners that, unsurprisingly, didn’t work. For the price they charge, this hotel is simply not worth it. It was such a disappointing experience that I decided to leave the very next day, fully aware I might lose my money since I booked through Expedia. Fortunately, I found The Westin Cozumel, which offered an infinitely better experience for the same price. I sincerely hope others don't make the same mistake I did.

We thought the resort was nice, no major complaints. We had a swim out pool room and we really liked that. The food could be better as far as choices and it was odd how some buffets wouldn't be open? Nice you could use Secret's facilities, but there buffet's would also be closed on random days. Entertainment was OK at night - nothing great. We did enjoy Hyedy(?) - she did a great job with the water exercise and other fun activities. Overall the stay was nice - just wished there were better food choices and maybe just ONE English speaking channel other the the hotel chanel. Couldn't relax and watch a movie or chill with TV - even though there was a huge TV in the room....
