We had issues with our room. It smelled like mold. We also had no hot water the first night. The shower was dirty. Issues with the door had a large gap. No cleaning service for 2 days. Took us 2 days to get a different room after telling them again with all the issues not being resolved. Many guest had the same problems. We also had to wait 2hrs to get our room due to not having proper staff. After we were moved to a different room our out stayed improved. The resort is some what outdated but they are in the process of remodeling. The beach was wonderful as well as some of the staff.
