Great place

Customer service was outstanding. The food was good & the location is great. The room, not so much…It was outdated (also the TV was not a smart TV); bed sheets were stained.

The service was outstanding! Location is close enough to town to walk, so easy access to restaurants. The food at the hotel was mediocre at best.

Everything was excellent

This was my 24th trip to this hotel since 2009, and have seen many changes. Ever since the owner Mr Toledo passed, many things have gone downhill. I still think it's a great place, but so many of the great staff members that made this place what it was have left, and there are not as many familiar faces left. Still a great place to bring a family or a group, but if you knew what it was once like, it is disappointing. My positive review is based on that fact that it is still a good all inclusive & convenient place to come and visit the island.

I did not like the fact that the rooms do not have refrigerators. They have a few to rent for $10 a day but were sold out when we were there and so had to buy a $50 cooler to keep our snacks and drinks cold. Also, no ice machines. The rooms did not have a pitcher for water for the water coolers so we had to buy one. Also the rooms did not automatically come with wash cloths you had to request them and the maids were usually out of them. The bathtub / shower had a dangerously high side to it to get in and out of. The resort was overall great and the food good and the staff wonderful.

Property was fine. However Orbitz sucks. Orbitz canceled the booking. It took 5 to 6 hours from Orbitz to call back only to be transferred and then hung up on while on hold. Several times. Orbitz abandoned me in a foreign country with no hotel and no customer service.

Very impressed with the resort but not so impressed with their current dive vendor, Paradise Divers. Luckily there are many other choices.

Enjoyed our stay at the Cozumel Wyndham. Great location, great people!

We stayed for a week and we felt the love from the entire staff. Service was top of the line.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful! Arturo and all of the staff with the nightly entertainment are awesome and fun.

Property was fine. However Orbitz sucks. Orbitz canceled the booking. It took 5 to 6 hours from Orbitz to call back only to be transferred and then hung up on while on hold. Several times. Orbitz abandoned me in a foreign country with no hotel and no customer service.
