I would like to start by saying that everyone was nice and welcoming. From the cleaning lady to the front desk people. I felt absolutely in love with the workers and everyone that works in the resort. The hotel is nice and the pool is big, my family and I were very pleased with the rooms and amenities. However, what we dislike the most was that we we were not able to sit down at any of the 2 restaurants to have dinner because according to the “guest concierge” dinner was completely booked for the rest of the week. I wasn’t aware that we needed to make reservations to the restaurant since I was under the assumption that it is an all inclusive resort. With that said, we were limited to have dinner in the buffet area. I’m not sure what happens during dinner hours but the food was terrible. No salt, no flavor, it was just awful. We were surprised because during breakfast and lunch the food was ok but dinner time we were forced to go out and eat because we were hungry. They also have a snack bar that serves nachos, wings, burger and salad. My children, husband and I pretty much survived with that. Other than that, I was very disappointed that we were not able to eat a normal dinner based on “all inclusive privileges”, I expressed my concerns to the person from guest concierge but he didn’t seem to care. I explained that we were staying for 4 nights and 5 days … and still there were no accommodations after expressing my frustration.
