The staff was great , our favorite restaurant was azul our waiters Luis, Angel and waitress Yaneri were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us! We also had breakfast there and Rosa who was busy making quesadillas but always had a smile of her face. At breakfast Rafael and Abel were some of the waiters who served us and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a massage by Martha and Isaura , they were fantastic we were completely relaxed after that , they made us feel very confortable. Over all the service was excellent, however the hotel definitely is in need for some repairs and upgrades are needed.

All of the food was really good. Lots of options. I would have liked the water filling station to have been working. They don't offer water bottles in the restaurants or the bars. So it is hard to get water bottles to brush your teeth and have in your room. The coffee shop gives you small coffees-I had to order 2 of my order each time. I suggest you bring a large water bottle and fill up at the restaurant or stop at a store on the way into town to get bottles. They use artificial sweetener in most of their drinks-it's super gross. There is a mini fridge, which is great. Not a lot of seats/tables in the common spaces.

Excellent service by the staff. Miguel from playa was very helpfull and generous and polite, helped us throughout our stay, loved the greetings and smile on his face every morning. And greetings and the service by all the staff was very good. Food at the buffet was excellent, even the other restaurant at the property were excellent, only lacked the variety in beer, if that would have been available would have been a 10 out of 10, and most appreciated the view from the ocean front corner room worth appreciation. Thank you for making our first trip to mexico excellent and memorable
