This hotel is a unique boutique-style hotel in the heart of one of the downtown neighborhoods across the street from market 28, near several good restaurants, close to the bus, and other conveniences. I have stayed here several times over the years, but I always have a problem getting the reservation I request and end up having to move to a different room the next day after arrival. Once I get a comfortable room, then my stay is on it's way to enjoyable. The hotel is not handicapped accessible for those who need that - no elevator, only stairs. The hotel is very clean, has a basic little restaurant for breakfast, and provides suitable toiletries. It can be very noisy in the hotel, doors always slamming, and due to it's concrete and tile construction, every sound travels through the building. There is staff on duty 24/7, so as a solo traveller, i feel safe at this hotel.

Confortable beds , the area is not very nice but if you are looking for an affordable hotel this is the one .

I initially requested a room with a window, but did not receive that when i checked in, but was promised i could change rooms the next day, so an inconvenience to have to move, but well worth the change. i received a room-size good for a single, roomy enough with a small window, so i did not feel like i was in a box, as the first room was. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The continental breakfast is very basic, but enough to start your day - very good coffee :) I love this hotel, the location, if you are looking for downtown, is great. I feel safe in this hotel and location. Good cable tv, wi-fi, though available in the room, was iffy most of the week. All in all, I will be staying here regularly when i visit cancun. The only negative for me is there is no pool, but the room rate reflects that. It does not bother me, but fyi, there is no elevator in this hotel.

The hotel is right infront of Mercado 28 pretty much in downtown cancun. Over all is not bad. Really clean. I did not have a tv remote and bathroom door wouldn't really lock only 2 cons for the room I got.

Pros: Nice, renovated Hotel, friendly staff, good wifi in rooms, beds ok, big shower, good breakfast with eggs & fruits. Cons: no hot water, dirty bathmat, used shampoo & soap in the shower, only 2 towels for 4 people, the 2 queen bed room quite narrow, no space to open the suitcase, window to the aisle. Nevertheless ok for the price and a short stay.

OMG, where can I begin. This place is amazing, immaculately clean, close to the market, great staff, shower pressure is excellent, comfortable mattress, stable wifi and what not. I read great reviews on trip advisor but it's beyond my expectation. I love this place and will come back again. All the staff member are very helpful including the people who work in the breakfast room and at the door. If you don't want to stay in the hotel zone and want to say in downtown area, stay here! the only reason that I am not giving it 5* is because it is lacking a coffee machine and a fridge.

This has to be the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Voices echoed and bounced off the walls in the hallways. Doors slammed shut. Thankfully I only stayed there one night because I had to catch an early flight. The cover in the non-smoking room had cigarette holes. The room was tiny and it felt claustrophobic. The only saving grace of the room was the bathroom. If only I could have slept there!

Very pleasant. Centrally located with a very accommodating staff.

Good downtown location, nice staff and very good for value rooms.

Very clean hotel. VERY NICE STAFF. Can be noisy if busy as some rooms have windows facing the hallway instead of actual walls. So, if you have six people staying in that room and they are noisy - you may not have a good night. Internet will disconnect during the day at least five or six times. Should not advertise "high-speed" internet either. Should be advertised as "slow speed and intermittent". It is DSL with 3 MBPS down and .75 MBPS up. Can walk to Walmart.

excellent location clean and quiet ,staff were great and helpful.i will stay again at this facility.

the bed was not that good< good for short stay 2nights max

Excellent for business trips and a place for the night. Recommend to others.

Wanted something that wouldn't break the bank for a couple nights, and this fit the bill. Free internet (not wifi, but they'll loan you a cable for your room). Walking distance to several dining options. Overall a nice place to stay on a budget, away from the craziness that can be Cancun.

Clean, good located although you could get heartbeats when walking in the dark road leading to the hotel. There was no internet (they were supposed to fix it but nothing happened). No shuttle to Hotelzone as promised in the internet site. For the price it is good and very clean but nothing great...

Very nice little hotel at great price.Room is modern clean with great location down the street from Mercado 28 and across the street from Oxxa convenience open 24 hours.Bus station is less then 10 minute walk and 30 minute walk to the Bullring. Staff is friendly and cleaning staff was excellent.

Super ultra clean and modern hotel, if you wanna met the other cancun, in the heart of the city, out of the classics resort, this is it! Super clean hotel, for stay at night, supler clean and very friendly, jyst go out, beat the city and come back to rest
