The food could have been so much better. The view was spectacular! The room was beautiful, spacious, and modern, although no water pressure in the shower made that experience uncomfortable.

Room had fresh paint and smelled like paint the whole time the volleyball hoster and hostess try to break my relationship up while we were on vacation. While caused us to have a bit of friction between us. But other than that the drinks the servers and the hotel guest were amazing that made it worth while.

Hotel is undergoing construction which starts at 9AM and goes on till 8PM at night. Next door properties are also undergoing construction which cause loud jack hammer noises, concrete grinding noises etc. Beach area is very noisy. Hotel room was smelly but the maintenance staff fixed the bathroom drain. Hotel cleanliness was good. Staff was responsive and very alert. Beach view was excellent. Bar was good.

The room and the staff was fantastic, the food was unfortunately not very good , not many vegetarian options as well , lunch is in the restaurant and not buffet style like breakfast and dinner are , there are theme nights however most of the food is exactly the same , to note the desserts especially pastries are yes not good for you but well worth the taste while your on vacation mode it’s ok to indulge a little , biggest complaint with food is too much salt , but other then the food , the property and grounds and location are excellent exactly like the pictures , it’s clean and quiet , guests are respectful and friendly, they attract a great clientele, the food was the biggest let down .

Lovely hotel, great service, great beach, great food, the only knock we had on our experience was the constant construction blaring from sun up to sun down at the neighbouring resort. Nothing NYX could do, so hard to knock them, but overall I'd give it a 7/10

Our room was magnificent. The food was amazing as were the speciality drinks. Staff were kind, welcoming and professional. They take a lot of pride in their work. The beach was beautiful. They clean it twice a day. There were plenty of loungers and hammocks on the beach and it was easy to get food and drinks on the beach. I recommend this resort highly.
