Nice Beach, nice food, very clean.

NYX staff has no customer service. Servers mean, didn't provide service, didnt come to take the orders. Didnt refill the mini bar (i was calling a few times a day and nothing. They didnt have a straw for a drinks.

Staff was very helpful and plenty of food from Mexican Kitchen

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The proximity to the beach is great(which is what we look for in a hotel). Check-in was fast, we were able to get a room with a better view. They offer beach service whai is AWSOME!!!! Everyone was very nice, polite and respectful. The two negative items I want to mention: 1 I want to think that the hotel is situated on a hill because there are MANY stairs and ramps. Even to go into the property. 2. The building we stayed in does NOT have an elevator, we stayed in the 4th floor(with an amazing view) and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. So you have to decide what’s more important to you, an elevator or a beautiful view….

The small feel of the hotel is nice, I do not like that you are limited to the restaurants with all inclusive, our last evening we planned to use our 2nd Italian night and it was closed! The entertainment staff, rodrigo, Víctor and Jonathan are great and nice as can be! Evely Samanta is by far the best wait staff and if you get her you will have the best, she is on top of everything and should be management! Eduardo was our favorite waiter also, and if you’re on the beach look for Paul!

Great place to stay for about a week or less. They don’t have activities to keep you engage

The beach at the property was really nice and pretty. The food was great and the staff was wonderful. The only think we did not like was the noise in our room from the people that would hang out outside of the bar area.

I consider the Nyx hotel a intimate hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make thier guest comfortable

Dear Agnieszka,Thank you for sharing your valuable review.We are sorry to read that you didn't fully enjoy your stay with us.As an essential guest for us, you were always treated with professionalism and kindness at all times.Regarding the minibar, it was 1 day that you request it, and it was filled on the same day, it does take 3 hours, since we only have 1 person in charge of the stoking.An apology for the misunderstanding, however, the incident with the straw, unfortunately, when you were handed your drink, the bar was out of straws, the situation bothered you, and you left without letting the bartender speak. You complained to reception about the incident, and they informed us that the bar ran out of straw at that moment, but that in a few minutes they would have straws again. You didn't let the front desk speak either and left. An apology for the incident.I reiterate that at all times the best possible service was provided.Your comments are really important, since it helps us to improve our services.Regards.

Dear Nhora,Thank you for sharing your valuable review.I am sorry if you had to wait in line for a table for breakfast or lunch; the restaurants are not always full; however, there are specific times that tend to fill up due to guest preference. Especially during the festive season such as Christmas and New Year.Your comments are really important to us, since it helps us to improve our services.We hope you can give us the opportunity to welcome you again and pamper you even more.An apology if you have difficulty trying to get a sunbed. We have a total of 216 bed chairs for free. There is no enough space on the beach area, to have 1 sunbed per guest. As a matter of a fact, there is no hotel in Cancún that has a sunbed per guest.We have a beach and pool rules, on which we will be more firm, since there was a lack of empathy from the guest this season: it is not possible to "reserve" a sunbed for more than 30 min without use and not before 8am. In order to give the opportunity to all of our guest to make use of the sunbeds. This information it is given upon arrival and it is displayed at our pool and beach area.We hope you can visit us again, to offer you a better experience.Warmest regards.
