While the room was nice, we had tons of issues with the rooftop bar service and check-out. Rooftop bar was slow despite having more staff than guests. We waited forever to get a drink initially and then the second time the guy took our order he just walk away and forgot all together - had to flag someone else down to order again. We had just landed and wanted to relax at the hotel but decided it wasn't worth it and left. Check-in and check-out issues. At check-in they "upgraded" us - ended up being on the bottom level with a view of the roof and on lagoon side when I paid for ocean view. At checkout they tried to charge us for the room at checkout despite prepaying on Orbitz and took way too long to sort out. Still not sure why the bottled water in the room is free but when we asked for two more they charge it to your room? At that point, our ride was waiting and we were ready to just leave but very frustrating experience all around especially for the cost.

This was surprisingly fancy. The rooms were lovely. Much nicer than the much more expensive all-inclusive hotel that my friends stayed at. We couldn't get a non-smoking room, so there was a bit of a smell but not too bad. The shower was nice, the bed was nice, the look was chic. Free filtered water dispenser in the hallway. You can order coffee but only at certain times. There's a coffee shop and some covid testing sites within very short walking distance. My flight was 7 hours late so I had to call them to give them my boyfriend's info so that he could check in without me. They were very nice about that. My only complaint is that the AC stopped working and they didn't fix it. Luckily the AC in the rest of the hotel was working, so our room never got that hot.

We loved everything about the hotel except the fact that there is no entrance to the beach nearby.

The property had an amazing view from the pool, and the decor was exquisite. The staff of the entire hotel was amazing, they treated us like we were family. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and overall delightful. The food at the hotel was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful,and clean room located in nice area. Close to a lot stores,and restaurant. Front desk clerks are not friendly, blunt,and highly rude to tourist.

Al momento de hacer check-in te entregan una hoja donde te piden que palomees en una lista de enfermedades y condiciones si padeces de alguno. Entre estas enfermedades, preguntan si tienes Cancer, VIH, Sida, etc. Esto se me hace una invasion de privacidad. No pueden preguntar y documentar el estado de salud tan privado de una persona. No son hospital ni atiende personal médico.

The property had an amazing view from the pool, and the decor was exquisite. The staff of the entire hotel was amazing, they treated us like we were family. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and overall delightful. The food at the hotel was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
