We asked for a king bed and we received two double beds . the room was separated by a door from the next room. we can hear the guys next door snoring. Very unhappy with the room.

Great place for family. Took our 8 year old daughter and had a great week.

Friendly staff, we got a room upgrade. A/C was not working properly, too cold even at the hottest setting. Bathroom had a few baby roaches on day one, just old hotel in general. Kids had a great time though on the pools and grounds in general. Good hotel for a "budget" vacation.

Definitely doesn't disappoint - if you can't find something to do, then you aren't trying Food choices are good with many options and not far from the bus stop into town

This was our second stay. Its a 3star resort so as long as you know that going you will be happy. Food is good not great but no issues. Buffet was average, all the restaurants were good. Lots of things at the resort to keep u busy, lots to do for the kids, they will never be board. Pools freezing, wish they heated at least one. All in all we had a good time. My one complaint is they don't know how to make a pina coladas. I have been to 20 plus resorts in Mexico and they all make pina coladas the same, here they use a pop dispenser to pour a mix of some sort and it tastes nothig like a pina colada. I always look forward to them on vacation and was very disappointed.

Great spot for the family. Wonderful staff and clean rooms. I would rate this hotel as good, not great. Many places to eat, however very difficult to get reservations. On my first day there I called the reservation hot line only to be told there was no availability at any of the restaurants until Wednesday .... I arrived on Saturday??? Not good, if this is an all inclusive place and I cant get a meal. The alternative was to eat at the buffet.. Wifi was very slow. Feedback for the hotel: 8am is too early for the entertainment staff to start playing music and cheering on the microphone, especially as all of our rooms face the pool. Also, the food cleanliness was very good with one exception, you offer a help yourself ice cream freezer. This is not a good idea as I saw many children putting their hands in there scooping their own ice cream. Hands that I'm certain may not be clean. I even saw one boy put his spoon in, take a bite and then spoon another taste from the same spoon he put in his mouth. As an alternative, perhaps you can have a server with gloves on serve the ice cream for the guests? better yet, offer a soft serve machine.

Not worth it. Customer service is terrible. Needs a lot of improvement, especially staff working in buffet restorant.

The website says "ocean view room" but that may not be true when you check in. Don't believe what the website says!!! We complained to the front desk and after one day were able to change rooms. After that, we loved our room. Do Not fall into the trap of the vacation club tours. They will take your time and it is not worth it! The only reason we are recommending this hotel is due to the staff. The bartenders, waiters, waitresses and entertainment staff are the best!!!

Wonderful food and nightly entertainment. Service was outstanding. During Tropical Storm Colin, we were taken back to lobby by our waiter at the French Restaurant. We were taken underground so we never got wet. The drinks were high caliber. We are looking forward to our return.

Hotel front desk had water dripping behind it. Staff at the check-in were not so friendly. All other staff seemed to be very friendly. Loved the hotel and activities. Beach was gorgeous. Food was good. Our room faced an old abandoned hotel that was an eye sore, but we weren't going to let it ruin our trip. Loved the shops in hotel. Great experience for the kids. Would not stay at this resort if not traveling with kids.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The stall works very hard and they go out of there way to help you with what ever you need. In my line of work I deal with guest service. Everyone gives 100. The hotel is clean and very nice. I will be going back again in Nov. This time I will be spending a few more days than the last time. I had so much fun at Waynes Boots. I told a lot of my friends at work and they are looking into going also.

Came for my girlfriends birthday and must say was very happy we took a crown room as it came with some nice perks which included a fun lunch tour on the Nipetcute lagoon (which was not a ploy to sell time share). You were also able to use their lounge on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the caribbean. Thought the food was better at other resorts especially the food and snacks around the pool. For the price it was well worth it.

The location of the hotel is great. The view of the Caribbean Sea and access to the beach cannot be beat. The 'room' cleaning staff does a wonderful job. HOWEVER, food is fair at best which was very disappointing for an all inclusive resort. 'Common area' clean up staff should all be removed. Room service dishes remained in hallways for DAYS and public use bathroom were beyond disgusting. If you need a cheap trip then this is for you, but remember you get what you pay for.

Needs chairs to sit on in the lobby had to stand a lot...1st floor rooms too noisy because of music right below, don't stock the refrigerator with enough water and soda could use at least 4 beers instead of just 2 in it.

the room was in a terrible location, I felt that the amount of money we paid for this room, we should have at least got a better room. We had a terrible view of a old abandoned building

beautiful views and beach- old hotel

2nd stay at crown paradise

This was our second stay. Its a 3star resort so as long as you know that going you will be happy. Food is good not great but no issues. Buffet was average, all the restaurants were good. Lots of things at the resort to keep u busy, lots to do for the kids, they will never be board. Pools freezing, wish they heated at least one. All in all we had a good time. My one complaint is they don't know how to make a pina coladas. We have shared your comment regarding the pool activities beginning at 8:00 am and we want to check it because our Entertainment crew arrive to the property at 9:00 am with slow music, but we are going to check it. According to the dinner reservation, we suggest to all our guest that have confirmed their visit with us, give us away an email for booking their dinner one week before and confirm them with Concierge arriving to the property.
