The entire facility is worn. You can tell its a bit of an older property. The staff is friendly and there are many options to keep the kids busy! Activities in the main pool is lacking. I would have liked an active and involved activities team. Most places the team learns your name, says hi every day, and there are all day activities. This is the first place i have stayed that lavked that. Two of the four water slides were closed the entire week. If you dont set an alarm and book your dinner reservations within minutes of the online system opening up each morning you will not get to eat anywhere but the buffet. Overall, it was fun and we would go back, but could use some improvements.

Not a fan of the reservation process to get food. Staff was rude about changing times and if you weren’t awake right at 8am good luck getting a time you want or a time at all. Constantly saw empty tables yet if you asked them they were full every time. Also, impossible to set up a reservation to eat with your family in another room. Worst process ever.

The ocean view is nuce. But the lack of information throughout the facility is not good. The place lacks staffing many bars only 1 or 2 staff members. The food was ok. Check in was a nightmare. Its not a place more staffing and better food selection would make it great. I feel sorry for the overworked staff.

I did honeymoon suite and everything was missing because I choose the option pay at property and the check in staff said we were not sure that’s why they didn’t set up nice or left any amenities in the room. But they said on your 2 day we will set up everything. But the next day also nothing changes, like this it went all 4 days pass by and yet nothing changed. When I requested the refund they said sorry we can’t offer the refund because we will lose the money we made and we can offer you best service next time. Which was so crazy hearing that. This was my first and last time staying with them. Will never recommend anyone. Elevators were out of services , bars were horrible, room services were crazy. The staff don’t ring the bell or knock the door before entering. Horrible… overall

I read the reviews about the food and I thought they were exaggerating. However the food was terrible. I had to eat out or order food. My kids and I did not enjoy the food at all. The pools close at 8 so we did not get to enjoy them much after coming back to the hotel from our excursions. I had no light in my room. Only the restroom light was working. The service and staff are very friendly and they are helpful. The activities for kids are good. My kids enjoyed the Disney show and the movies.

Worst resort ever don’t go there!! I’ve been to this resort with my family 4 years ago it wasn’t that bad but now everything about it is bad the floor is slippery everywhere and around the pool my wife fell off twice and got so many bruises front of the staff and nobody cared or asked if she’s ok, I saw two other guys fell off also. Their food is garbage the service is bad. We had very bad experience and will never go there again we paid for garbage resort.

I just recently stayed at this hotel and the hotel was so old. In our first room nothing really worked. The door didn’t locked, the phone wouldn’t dialed out, the water in the shower would come out and to top it off we found two roaches. Will never come back!

The rooms were clean but we did have an issue with our mini fridge. It did not keep the drinks cold at first but they fixed that issue. Over all the food was better than I expected after reading the reviews. I personally ally enjoyed the food and thought everything was delicious. However the lack of choices of beer was disappointing. There was only Modelo as far as a beer choice. The elevators rarely worked and were often shut down. Not great when you are staying on the 8th floor. Additionally, the buildings themselves could definitely improve. Concrete falling off in some places. The adult pool has stains. Lastly I was not happy that room services was NOT included in the all inclusive. Had I known this, I would have booked else. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

Honest Review – Very Disappointing Stay The biggest issue with this hotel is the strong mold smell in the rooms. Even after switching to another room, the odor was just as bad. After two nights, my child developed a sore throat from staying in that environment. We booked 13 nights for our family of five, mainly because of the kids’ water slide. Unfortunately, it was much smaller and less fun than the photos suggested. My children tried it once and refused to go again—very disappointing. The pool was another problem. After swimming, I developed red rashes all over my body, clearly caused by dirty water and strong chemicals. Food was also underwhelming. Breakfast and lunch were only available at the buffet, with limited options. Dinner required making a reservation at exactly 8:00 a.m., and if you were even ten minutes late, everything was already booked. The dinner restaurants themselves were decent, but the system was stressful. Overall, this experience left me with no desire to return to Cancun. I would rather visit another country. I hope my honest review helps others before booking.
