Room, restaurants, pools, beach, spa & bars very clean. Staff was awesome...very helpful, courteous and responsive. Medical staff was outstanding. Food was excellent with several choices.

Everything was all there at our fingertips or feet. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. The restaurant servers were excellent. Everyone was very nice from start to finish of our wonderful vacation.

The first few days of the trip were great. The fist bad thing we noticed was that the club below our room opened at 11pm and pumped louder bass until 2am. While this was extremely annoying in the middle of the night (especially for a famly) ear plugs and sleep aids helped. The worst part of the trip was getting food poisoning. We believe from the buffet (we know it was from the hotel, because we never left). We were retching for 12 hours straight and my wife was still recovering 5 days later. Also, the staff's training is terrible. We asked concierge about laundry, they told us it was $5. Come to find out, that was not true and they wanted to charge $100 for laundry. When we asked if there was any way to lower that cost or access our own laundry facility, we were told that members of Costco could essentially get free laundry. We are members, so we confirmed with the front desk and the laundry staff, and had our laundry done. Only to find out at checkout that they changed us $100 for the laundry (much of which was related to the food poisoning, incidentally). When I tried to contest the charge, the manager threatened to call the police and said that I had to pay now or I could not leave. HORRIBLE customer service and probably illegal. At least it would be in the States. Because of this experience, I recommend that NOBODY goes to this hotel EVER.

We paid extra to have 2 ocean view rooms and when we checked in they gave us garden view ground level. We talked to them right away but they said they would move us next day which they did. The ground level rooms were not very good the bathrooms were old and moldy, the good part was that they gave us nice rooms the next morning with ocean view and new bathrooms. I just think you should be given what you paid for. We paid for 15 nights and 3 nights before the end of my trip my daughter called me that there was a bug on her bed. She caught it and Google it. It turned out to be a bed bug! My husband and I went to the lobby and explain that she didn't want to sleep in there (

The service was great and the staff were helpful. The property looks old and worn. It is clean but could use some investment and upgrades.

Lobby area , and bar area needs to be fumigate in the regular a lot of mosquitos, very uncomfortable in the evening and mornings.

Most restaurants and bars closed at 5 or 6 pm. Food was ok, got a little boring after the first few days. Specialty restaurants ok but not that great. Lots to do for the kids, would not go as just a couple.

The resoert was very nice, however, one of the main reasons we chose Crown Paradise was because of the larger water slides. Only two of the four were working, it was a let down. Service was good, Victor at LaPalapa,Alexaner by the pool and Abraham in Waynes Boots were ALL EXCELLENT!

I liked the fact that there is a kids club and water slides but very disappointed they were closed for most of my stay. Also, the fact that 2 of the dinner reservation restaurants were closed was very disappointing to say the least. Lack of fumigation was. Very obvious since their was a ton of mosquitoes in the outdoor bar area, many cockroaches at even a rat running around in broad daylight.

better food selection. Also, a light beer added would please a lot of people.

My wife and I chose your hotel to stay for our 8-day honeymoon in beautiful Cancún, Quintana Roo, México.
