Firstly, this hotel is located close to a nice white sand beach, walking distance to shopping areas, bars, restaurants etc. The staffs at the hotel were friendly and helpful, most of them speak mainly Spanish. I wish there were more staffs who speak English. We were fortunate to get an early check in, Yayy! The breakfast and lunch at the hotel restaurants were yummy and the food for dinner was just okay. We spent three days by the pool and beach area, Pedro served us at the beach, he is great. Omg, Alexendenjo served us one day by the pool and one day by the beach, he is such a willing, helpful, friendly and cares alot about his guests. He is a fantastic waiter, he speaks both English & Spanish, he was willing to get us everything we wanted: drinks, coconut water, food, snacks. Alexandrajo is an incredible person. He made our stay at the hotel extra special. Our room was beautiful! The only problem we had was, there was constructions going on next to our villa so it was noisy three mornings, we couldn't sleep in later than 8:30 am for three days but we enjoyed our one week vacation at The Beachscape!

Here is what we were disappointed in: No ice machines or vending machines for the guests - can only get ice at the bar which doesn't open until noon/no refrigerator in the room/no free coffee in the room - have to buy packs of coffee at the front desk each day/no complimentary continental breakfast/there was a yippy yappy dog in the room near ours/construction noise/cars constantly honking in the street all day and all night/toilet ran on after flushing/coffee maker plug-in doesn't work. Had to hold the plug in the socket to brew coffee/Hurricane Nate hit while we were there and friends called the hotel to check our welfare. We never got the message. We ordered the surf and turf at the bar but that was no ribeye steak we got with our shrimp. I'm not sure what kind of animal it was but it wasn't a piece of cow! So basically, the general comforts that we expect from the cheapest hotels in the USA were not present at Beachscape Kin ha. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Clean, best beach, hotel staff rude ,no elevators and I had a,4th floor villa, bell hop helps you up with luggage but your on your own when it's time to check out, also my key card mysteriously deactivated daily so that lead to multiple trips of walking up and down the stairs to the front desk....

Good 4 Star Hotel..everything is clean and well maintained. Although there are no Hotel Activities, Staff, Music, etc... like other nearby 5 star hotels. The ambiance here is OK for families and quiet time. Nothing outstanding about Kin Ha as we expected, but to be fair, your paying for 4 Star when you book here.

Horrible they charge 100 just for a friend who came to visit me but other than that was pecfet perfect view

I was suppose to get to get a ocean view room but when I got there I was told that I couldn't unless I paid an extra 35 per night. We didn't get all the towels needed for two people which should be standard, and the hotel staff was very rude at the front desk.

The hotel is nice and close to the beach lovely stay there I would return for More days

The hotel claims to be Villas and Suites. The staff explained to me that if you book through Expedia/Orbitz, you get a different class of room which is a small traditional room with an extra small bathroom. The price paid was a multiple of that offered on the wall listing for the place.

I could sit by the beach all day and never be bored.

Upon checking in, our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us for Free to a bigger suite on the 4th floor. Room was absolutely gorgeous with 2 balconies, a kitchenette and a spare bedroom. Hotel is a short walk away from downtown shopping and food. Only negative is one night we got back not very late probably round 1130 to our room and we were out of bottled water that our housekeeper would always leave us so we called downstairs to get some but were told everything is closed. Basically we were outta luck till morning.

We stumbled upon this hotel and wish we had spent more time there than just our one nite!!! It was a perfect place to really relax and enjoy ourselves. The ocean was so calm compared to the waves we had while we were farther up the hotel zone. Just what we needed to unwind after a jam packed vacation with friends!!! We will be back!!

overall facilities are old and restroom is too small but location is great and beach in frint of the hotel is beautiful.

When I come to Cancun, I will stay here! It is a great hotel and service.

I had a great experience staying at Beachscape Kin ha Villas & Suites. The staff were very polite, the room/pool/hotel grounds were all in good condition. No complaints (I did not pay for the all-inclusive option). There is a tourism guide stationed in the hotel lobby with millions of brochures, which helped figure out what to do. The short walk from the hotel to the pool, directly to the top-notch beach could not be beat! Lovely view if selected to stay in one of the ocean-view suites. Would highly recommend.

Low rise older style apartment that did not have all the new mod cons etc but more than made up for having the space (we were in a suite/beach view) with a fantastic balcony overlooking the pool and glimpses of the ocean through the palm trees. We really enjoyed our 6 day stay here as a great place to relax on this beautiful white sandy beach. This is a very quiet laid back hotel with a lot of families so not a place to stay if you are looking to party at the bar.

Older clean resort great location and calm water for swimming, if you want big waves stay on the other side of the seven. Great friendly staff.

this hotel was fun. we stayed there and had fun. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to have fun. but also for families looking for fun. it was fun. you should go stay there, or don't its your choice.

Exelllent locatin, great beach and nice staff members

Loved this place I would defiantly go again! Great staff beautiful location. Food at the restaurants was very good! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing good time.

Good place to stay. Food needs improvement and more choices. All inclusive not good enough for the money paid. However the resort is small, clean, safe.staff is very nice .pool is clean .overall good experience will go back again but not all inclusive.
