The staff was beyond friendly and always happy to help. The size of the property was comfortable, offering enough stuff to do/eat without being overwhelming. It was super easy to relax there.

The property is very small. The food is good but the selection is almost the same everyday. The staff and the service they provided were exceptional!

Our stay was in the middle of September during the rainy season. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. This was a birthday gift to my girlfriend and they set up our room with birthday decorations and cake and champagne. The pool is towards the smaller sized pools but there is a "hot" tub also close by. The drinks were good and delicious. As for the restaurants, by far the best one is the all you can buffet and then hakka. Azul was okay and the snack bar is a go to if you just want so good tacos and wings. Definitely recommended

Loved the staff, but the food was terrible, hated the food.

Overall the property was great. Staff was helpful, areas were clean. We weren't found of the room service food.

Oleo Is more more than compared to other resorts. However it is more adult oriented and not kids oriented. They only had one pool and a hot tub - the hot tub was the kids pool! For activities, it was a drinking game. Really nice rooms and resort but amenities are nothing to write home about. Service was great and the food was above average.

Everything was good staff was very nice and helpful

The property is wonderful. The staff is great. The restaurant Hakka was one of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve eaten at. The only thing we didn’t like was the location in that it is a 20$ cab ride from most of the action in Cancun

property was great . The staff was very friendly, and helpful. No complaints with that. Food however, was not up to par. Very mediocre. Not sure if I would stay at hotel again due to lack of food choices. Made the all inclusive not worth it.

It was nice. There could have been more things to do on the resort that were included with the stay. I didn’t receive a hand massage like I was supposed to when checking in. They try and sell you a day at there new location which was kind of annoying and would have attended a time share presentation. Check in needs to be more efficient takes to long. Also charged me more money when I got there which I thought was a scam. The day we left I was terribly sick from the Japanese Restaurant on the resort. I had to go to the dr to get antibiotics my stomach has never been that upset in my entire life. I thought on the resort I would be safe. You would never know until it’s to late. We overall had a decent time. The beach was nice the staff was nice. We went off the resort a couple times and had good experiences. The airport is a pain to get through on the way home. I felt interrogated They wanted to know where I worked what I did how long my stay was why I was staying in Cancun where did I stay. So many questions. After everything even though we had a decent time I won’t be back to any part bc of getting sick and the way I felt leaving. It was an experience

We loved our stay at Oleo Cancun. I have never encountered a friendlier staff. I’ve been coming to Cancun at least once a year for quite some time. We always stay at very large resorts. Though I like that those places have some more choices when it comes to food, you just can’t beat the family feel of Oleo. Staff remembers your name, always smile, and are super helpful. It really feels like home away from home. Ana, the guest services director, personally made sure we had 3 of every since we had 3 of us in the room. Our ocean view was gorgeous. We stayed in building 3 which I highly recommend. The food at the buffet was amazing! The only downside to the food was that the desserts weren’t all that exciting. A little bland. We would have loved some more local selections though like flan, guacamole, or corn ice cream, etc. The tacos at the pool grill were literally the best I’ve ever had! We went there often for lunch. I loved the small feel of the hotel because you were close to everything and we never had a hard time getting a space by the pool or beach. I’m looking forward to coming back and I usually don’t return to the same place twice so that’s a big deal in my book!

Very relaxing, not crowded. Away from the noise...

Lication is great-close to the airport. Ocean is beautiful. Staff was very accomodating. Not much to do though as it’s a very small property. Pool is small but not too bad. Only 2 restaurants and one buffet restaurant-also small. Same food for breakfast lunch and dinner-just changing a little bit. In general-clean and well maintained. Perfect for short stay-5 days.

I loved our stay here! Stayed with my niece for her 21st everyone was absolutely amazing

I loved this hotel! Very small so it’s not that busy during weekdays. Perfect for a quite getaway to relax. Reyes and Mauricio were amazing servers, they made my friend and I feel very at home and completely accommodated to. The room was extremely clean (as was the whole facility) and I could not be happier about that! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

It is an older property, so you can see some wear and tear in the facilities. As an all-inclusive, I found the food selection to be somewhat lacking. As I was in Mexico, I wish that the buffet restaurant had served more traditional items instead of their dismal attempt at Italian. We ended up eating sandwiches from room service. With only two other restaurants that require reservations, the buffet was pretty much the go to spot for meals and it just wasn't very good. The Hakka restaurant was amazing...definitely worth making the reservation.
