NICE TRIP

Great service especially Ray. Fitness centre is outdated and way to small. You can hear people talking word for word in the next room.No store for snacks, sunscreen, etc.

This place was better than expected. Not only is it more beautiful than I expected from the pictures, but the staff here are unbelievable. Excellent service. Friendly, professional, above and beyond all around. The bed was very comfortable, the pool area and beach are beautiful and have plenty of space and separated areas so as to not be too crowded in any one spot. The entire property is graced with beautiful statues. Very esthetically pleasing. The food was beautifully presented and tasted excellent, and there are plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again. Great for solo travel, couples, families.

My wife and I had an amazing time, everyone from the lobby staff to the waiters and waitresses were amazing.

this is rated 4.5 stars. I found out later this is a self appointed rating. 1st, the staff was amazing, super friendly, super upbeat, hustled, they were great. Several problems here though. No shuttle, this was $70 extra out of pocket back and forth pre-tip. For all inclusive, food quality was way below standard. Drinks shut off at 10:30 (I didn't see this mentioned anywhere til I got there) Breakfast at the buffet had no sausage, no bacon, stale pancakes and waffles, runny eggs. It was this way every single day for a week. They also had no guacamole, no salsa, no pico de gallo (and yes, we asked multiple times) Ordered octopus from the Japanese place, tasted like it was 3 days stale. The food was like this all week, stale, old...I have no idea why they give themselves 4.5 stars, then have this as the delivery. Will never stay again, I was that disappointed.

Great place all around

The service is good. The hotel is good, the food is excellent. But there must be an equivalence between greeting and farewell. They welcome you very well, but when it comes to saying goodbye they become harsh and indifferent people. They show you that you have to leave the hotel early. I also do not agree that they affect the rest of the stays with timeshare package offers. We didn't want to go on tour to another hotel where we knew we were going to be subject to sitting all day to accept a vacation package. This led to us being questioned and cross-examined by various members of the staff. If this changes, in the future I would return, otherwise I would go to another hotel.

I got Covid 19 and I needed to stay more 10 days.

Good customer service

The property was small and allowed service to be very personable. The only concern was the limited availability of onsite food and drinks. After we had breakfast at 8:00, we did not have access to snacks nor liquor til 11:00am. Then the food/drink services closed near the pool and beach at 5:00. To be an all inclusive resort, guests who only want to lounge all day near the water; are not accomandated. You are forced to go get supplemental snacks, liquor and food

The proximity to the beach was great.

Resort was beautiful but there are two towers be surw you pay attention when booking. Not many food selections for vegetarians but many for others. Buffet didn’t have AC so sit outside, but other restaurants had great AC. They do quick and convenient on site Covid testing which was a bonus. Bar in the pool was cool and staff was very friendly. Down side was there was no Cancún sign at this resort so you have to take the 2-5 minute drive down to “Cancún sign” but get there early. There is a 7/11 type store right across the street. Biggest issue was toilet flooding day one which was fixed and ceiling leaked day two and we went 4-5 times to the front desk to have the area cleaned from the debris after it was fixed and to get towels but when after 8 hours no one came. No one even apologized for not coming, offered to change the room, offered an upgrade or to refund a portion of the money paid which was very disappointing and unacceptable.

Everything is poorly stocked from buffets, pool towels, room towels etc

Super run down. I was afraid to take the elevator & get stuck. Super unorganised. It took an hour to check in. Facilities need some love. Rooms were surprisingly modern

The staff and service here is amazing ! Our king suite room had ocean views out every window with the sun coming up right in front of you . The beach service was unexpected . Food was avg at best except at the Japanese restaurant. Drinks were average too but the service offsets it all . The Spa was amazing with gorgeous ocean views . Great massage . Enjoy the sauna and steam room . Great value overall .

Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it's feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to provide an exceptional guest experience, and in this case, we clearly fell short. If you give us a chance to win back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to provide you with the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have come to appreciate so much.
