Staff is awesome, clean excellent, food is good but the menu needs to expand their choices is very limited, wifi is not very good in the bedrooms, is that is a common complaint on all platforms, so I knew it before I went there, if you really need wifi to work or something else, it is not a good idea ti stay there. Showers good but toilet pressure not, same complaint around platforms. The reservations departments do charge you the first night before arrival even yo take the option of paying at the hotel, they claim is the cancellation policy even though you have not cancelled and obviously it was not a no show because I was at the hotel, so the charge took me bu surprise. They definitely need to clarify that in their policies.

Friendly staff, nice resort. The beds were a bit hard and the beach club part was a bit misleading; we could go over the bridge to seaside where the dive shop operates but the beach club and seaside pool was for additional money and adults only, which would have been nice to know when booking for a family. We enjoyed the main pool and being able to walk over check out the sea each day. It's a very busy hotel zone during the day but quiets down in the evening. Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed the clean room and safe parking as we rented scooters for a few days to explore the island.

2 Dudes Diving and 1 freezing cold room

Myself and one other buddy stayed 4 day weekend 4sept2025 to 7sept2025 on a diving trip. We arrived around 1500 and had a evening/night dive we had to be at for 1700 and had a few things we needed to take care of before heading that way and were not sure we were going to have enough time. But the guys at the front desk help us with everything. checked in, in literally 5 minutes, we wanted to go somewhere to rent scooters we used before but was 20 min up the road really didnt have the time, he said he had a guy that would deliver to us in 15 min with good price. The scooter ended up being delivered in 10 min and daily price was better than expected and scooters were excellent condition. The hotel has some age to it, but very well maintained and loved all the wood features. You can tell the manager takes pride in appearance. We got 2nd floor 2 full size beds balcony with garden view. We did not spend much time in the room at all we were on the go the whole trip, so all you can pray for at an older hotel such as this is a good AC, we ended up having an AC unit that must have been pulling air from antartica, It froze us out in a good way. So I give it five stars just for that. The mattresses could have been a little more comfortable but we were so tired it didnt matter. Sheet very clean changed daily, room cleaned very well, bathroom no issues. For the price, location, cleanliness, staff it is hard to beat. Also added on breakfast, its worth it, opens at 0700. good vibes

Very clean property, and quiet. The property appears pretty old but it doesn’t affect a comfortable stay. The pool is very clean, although the edges are crumbling away. For the price, the cleanliness, the location and the comfort, I really recommend the Hotel. My family and I, had a great time.
