This is my third time staying at this poperty. The housekeeping was outstanding. The food was so bad I only ate breakfast here a couple of time and went out for all other meals. I knew this in advance. Half of the staff were very attentive. The other half not so much. Check in and out was painless. Overall, I got what I expected. You get what you pay for. Would I go back? Probably not.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Caesar and his entertainment staff were excellent. Wilberth and all of the bartenders and wait staff were awesome too. We had a great time!

The eating options were awful. We hadn’t done an all inclusive and it was not satisfactory with options for dining. A lottery or tickets for one meal outside of buffet would’ve been great option, we waited in line for a chance at a different restaurant for dinner. But wasn’t successful. A few of the mixed drinks were unacceptable, tasting like cough syrup or lighter fluid. We did not get moneys worth at bar as not big drinkers. We did order room service and that wasn’t satisfactory either, cold food and not as described on menu. The pools and snorkeling were great. Most of the staff were amazing. The room smelled of mildew and the shower knob was broken.

Front counter checked us in and was told to come back in 3 hours for our room. When we went back, the lobby was filled and people still checking in. However, NO rooms were available. The manager continued to lie and say we are working on cleaning the rooms and you will get one. We waited 4.5 hours in the lobby with still no room and did not know where we were going to be sleeping. We needed 4 rooms total. Manager told us we could have 2 rooms and share but no guarantee when 2 more rooms would have been available. He continued to lie and just track our names with no real plan. Finally, he told us he could put us up in a non-all inclusive next door and use the Park Royal amenities. Rolling into the 5th hour, we took the room Needed to rest and get a plan. Manager wrote us a letter stating we were to stay at the Casa Del Mar for the duration of our stay. Three days later, he told us we had to come back as he had the rooms. At that point, part of the family left the Del Mar and paid for a different all-inclusive. We told the manager not a chance we were going back (repack, unload & start again). Already wasted about a good 12 awake hours of our vacay trying to figure out what we were going to do. Sad thing is, we have been to this place 5 previous times and loved it. We will never go back. Utterly insane, frustrated guests and staff that did not seem to care. Also, the grounds are becoming very unkept. Bathrooms did not work, no toilet paper, door handles broke.

The staff there is always been good to me the bag boys very helpful the Bartenders are always awesome my 2 complaints are i have been there 12 times and have never had the 1st floor my sliding patio door didn't lock and it took 2 days to have it fixed i could have fixed it myself with a broomstick my other complaint the food quality and selection has suffered greatly thr buffet used to have a bigger selection with alot of seafood and fish and they had the best coconut crusted grouper the food was ok no where near what it was pre pandemic

The property is beautiful Food is mediocre at best. Service and attention to detail Is lacking.

I have enjoyed many stays at the Grand Park-I like the restaurant options-food is good. Staff is great. The elevators-both-in the south bldg were not working properly. 1 was out for the whole week the other was on and off-not good for a senior on the upper floors.

Very pushy when you first arrive to buy into their property shares. (Before you can see all the disappointment, our friends, who did purchase shares into the property last year, their bathroom didn’t even have a door this time!) Our entire buildings elevator was broken, had to use the service elevator with the cleaning products. Their beach is tiny tiny. They are very strict with masks, even outside, at the taco bar, BUT if your in the water it’s fine to be without a mask right there couple feet next to mask wearers at the taco bar. Stupid rules. Overall…..this was our most expensive paid resort and our at the bottom of the list for us. And we were crowd of 30 disappointed guests.

Beach, Pools & Pool Bars…. Awesome

This property is just OK. The food is just OK. The rooms are just OK. The alcohol selection is just OK. There are issues with water pressure in the rooms. The hotel room TVs don't work. We had issues with the shower handles falling off. The on-site entertainment is just OK. Overall, if you want a reasonably placed hotel with just OK amenities then this is the hotel for you. If you want to be pampered then don't go here.

First impressions are everything! We arrived early and our room wasn't ready which is to be expected. We were told to come back between 3:30 and 4:00. At 4:00, wasn't ready, at 5:00 pm, it still wasn't ready. It wasn't until 5:30 when we asked for a manager that we got our room. Our friends that arrived a couple hours after I did had wait in line over 45 minutes just to check in and of course their rooms weren't ready either. My travel companion had the glass shower door fall off the hinges and shatter. Luckily he was not badly. The bartenders and waitstaff were amazing! The food was fantastic as well.

You need closed toe shoes to dine in the restaurants. The staff at the restaurants were not very accommodating with wanting to seat our family of 7 together. They always tried to put us at 2 tables that weren’t even side by side and we have children. Most of the staff was very friendly but some were just rude. The buffet had a nice selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool areas were kept clean and they always had some sort of activity going on, which was great for our family, the kids really enjoyed it!

Hotel, pool areas, gardens were ahhhmazing. Food-average all inclusive-had to go to town to eat. The AC in room never got below 75degrees. The cold water in shower didn’t work-only had hot hot water. The AC issue was a major issue tho. They offered to switch us rooms but that AC wasn’t cooling either as by looking at thermostat-it couldn’t keep up either and it wasn’t even hot outside and the view was worse. Really disappointing!!! The pools and snorkeling is amazing though.

Great place! Highly recommend! Amazing staff! Great time had by all!

Hospitality was amazing. Very clean resort. Solicitors was very tiresome.
