Incredible attention to guests and their needs & wishes. WE were greeted by the Director G.T and our butler Aaron. Our room was right next door to the room we had last year and was ready 2 hours early !!! We had great meals all 5 days we were there. We also met our butler from last year, Melissa, who is super nice. They made a fantastic Anniversary Dinner for us at the Mexican restaurant. Our room was decorated for our 14th Wedding Anniversary, as well as we received extra nice pillows to use. All in all, a fantastic stay for the 4th time and counting. Property was great, loved the room. There were a few items missing from our stay. One was a pair of designer sunglasses that weren’t cheap and a men’s shirt. Staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. The activities that the resort offered were very cool and food was surprisingly good considering me and my girlfriend are vegan.

This is a beautiful Resort. The staff were all extremely nice. The food was absolutely delicious. The Hibachi Restaurant was my personal favorite... But again all delicious. The Buffet is one of the best I've had as far as Caribbean Resort. We had an upgraded room with the plunge pool on the roof.. Omg..Worth every cent..To have your own pool was very nice. My only complaint would be is there's no Nightclub..There is a Sports Bar but its not the same as a club...There was children in the Sports Bar past midnight.The beach was amazing everyday. Our Butler Melissa was very nice and helpful All and all I'd say absolutely come here . Its Beautiful it's safe its delicious 😋..

We did 4 days. And absolutely loved it! The pictures do it no justice! Trust me. The food was good. The staff was very nice and punctual. The rooms was clean and cool. The property was very well taken care of….go get a massage at the spa! Trust me. I will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful experience. Restaurants were wonderful, generous portions and delicious. Service everywhere was top notch, all went out of their way to be helpful. Club suite and amenities had us well pampered , 11 pools and gorgeous beach kept us cool. Many swim up bars were generous and well stocked.Would definitely stay again.

The Spa is amazing. There is so much space it never felt crowded. The entertainment staff is so fun and work hard to make for an enjoyable experience each night. There are many pool cabanas, but the few that are most popular have an unclear system for how to reserve. We will definitely be back!

The staff was fine, the property has TINY elevators that need serious attention. They smell and are dirty. I have stayed at majestic elegance punta cana years ago, i dont remember it being in that condition. The Spa was great and it was a bright spot of the trip. The food is just so so. The seaweed at the beach had alot of seaweed. The Rooms were also nice. Overall, cleanliness and attemtion to detail would greatly improve guest experience.
