Absolutely one of my best experiences at an all inclusive. Staff couldn’t do enough to keep you happy. We have been assigned butlers at many resorts but truly only seen them when we checked it. Our butler at the Majestic elegance was Lalo and he did everything and more for us. He was easily the biggest asset at the resort. Try to request him if you can, you will not be disappointed. We caught a few shows and they were all very good. Shout out to the Elvis impersonator! Food was off the chart. Liked all of the restaurants for all meals. We saw a few weddings and they were spectacular. Pools were fine just wish the would have had more pools with an ocean view. Beach was incredible with the powder white sand and deep blue water. Overall one of the best all around resorts in all of Mexico.
