I really enjoy staying at Hotel Plaza Cozumel. The staff is the standout. They’ve gotten to know me, they’re friendly, fun, and always joking around in a way that makes you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is easy and convenient, and the price is right. It’s an easy place to come back to again and again.

Good location, clean, great pool, friendly staff. Building is, however dated and cleaning staff didn’t come till very late in the day 3:30-4:00. I’d be back in my room by then from a long day so passed on the room service most days. Other than that, it was great. I’d stay there again
