Beach was beautiful, housekeeping was not that great had to ask for towels, kleenex and water on numerous occasions. Food was alright, disappointing that they didn't have a snack buffet. Personally, we will not go back to this resort.

Always enjoy our stay at this resort. The food is just so so, but we like everything else about this property.

We love the location and the people who work there. The food is good, but it was great two years ago. It would be nice if at Portifino restaurant they would go back to a menu at night. It was a great time!

Nice beach sitting areas. Friendly staff. Swimming requires water shoes, but with the coral and rocks just off the shore, there are fish to see while snorkling there.

Food was really bad. Taste and variety. Restaurants do not open on time. Most Waiters and cooks are not trained properly. Noone knows what is going on. Condition of the rooms is terrible. We had to switch rooms due to the bed smelling of urine. The bed was not skrewed to the headboard so it would slam against the wall every time i turned. New room had problems with lighting. And that was an upgrade to their beach front room. Decor is old and worn. Beds in the new room were super soft. Could not sleep in them. Problems with plumbing as well. Water leaks from faucets. This hotel should be shut down.

Location was nice, clean beach. Room had mold/ shower curtain had mold/ tub didn't drain properly/ shower water was all over floor because of cheap shower curtain. Just was a cheap hotel feeling and quality. Restaurants would just shut down from 2-4 and you couldn't get food, plus some restaurants would be closed on a night.

There was mold in the rooms. Slippery surfaces my wife slipped on and hurt her toe. We saw others fall in the same spot. The food was pretty much the same each day, very little variety. And not alot of selection either. And the resort $200 credit was a joke. Would have cost more to use them than what the products would have been worth. Very disappointed in this. We were under the impression they could be used on any resort purchase, was absolutely not true. Will not go back and will not recommend this place.

The good; staff was great and worked really hard to make it a fun time. The bad; the property needs better upkeep. We had ants in our room, the tub drain (and other drains) did not drain well and we stood in 12 inches of water taking a shower. We never could get enough bottles of water and had to ask 3 times to have more placed in our room (ironic that it is all inclusive with free alcohol but water was the most difficult thing to get).

Nice room layouts and well kept property. We had a problem with not having Hot Water in the room from the first day. Maintenance guy came and held his hand in the shower water for 30 plus minutes, then tells us he would be right back and never returned. Told the front desk the next day as we were going to town and still was never fixed.

Fun and exciting had a awesome time staff was great!

Felt safe, all staff was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a good option for an all inclusive on a budget, but you are going to get what you pay for. Room was fine except for the shower was a bit dingy and toilet stopped working twice. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Food is average.

Great beach but the hotel itself is lacking. Poor service and hygiene in all restaurants. We tried the chicken wings at the buffet, the outside was crispy but the inside was still bloody. Most of the dishes are room temperature, if you're lucky. Many days, we'd be finished eating before we even had our drinks. The smell of sewage permeates the resort all, day long. Little to no hot eater in the bathrooms and that sewage smell sometimes comes up thru the drains. While Cozumel is beautiful, this resort misses on basic standards. Stay away, far away.
