We were really dissapointed with the food at this resort. When we were there on a Friday, almost none of the outdoor snack and food spots were open. This was not mentioned on the website. It just seemed like they really cheaped out on their quality as of the last time I went years ago. We waited 45 minutes in line to reserve the Italian place. As soon as we get there the waiter tried to get us to buy an expensive bottle of wine. Half the menu was part of all inclusive and the other half was extra (and it was not cheap). The sushi corner was awful. The quality of the tuna was atrocious. I have had better sushi from Safeway. Also, none of the food places opened up till 1 o clock except the buffet. The buffet was alright and probably had the best food compared to everything else. The seafood restaurant next to the beach was pretty decent. The ceviche was low quality and I actually spit out a few scallops. I am now back from the trip and have explosive diarrhea.

I really like the family environment and super clean hotel. The buffet food was really good. We weren’t able to get into the ocean due to the really bad seaweed. I wish they would clean it up. Other than that I would definitely return and stay here again.

I loved the staff at this hotel. They take care of you like you are family. The resort is clean and you feel safe while there. I didn't like that the steak house was an extra fee and not included in the all inclusive package as stated when we booked the trip.

Excelente service very friendly staff. There was not a huge variety of foods but what they had tasted very good. The beer was nice and cold 90% of the time. The pool was great
