Staff was very helpful and courteous. Did not like the long wait for food at the restaurant with appointments.
The place had enough options to keep me and the family satisfied. Cute shows at night (not always kid friendly). Meals were good. Drinks were abundant. Staff was always nice. Room was adequate, but bathroom needs better ventilation.
We stood at Royal Solaris for 6 days. Our first time in Mexico and we loved the experience. Everyone at Royal Solaris was so friendly, respectful, informative and very helpful. The hotel was kept very clean and smelling well. They have buffet style meals and you can also make reservations to one of their restaurants which by the way are fantastic, especially Marco Polo. There are daily shows in their small theater.
The people was ok(Staff) some very nice but some just like any other place!!!!!,But I will return there the beach was very nice and the swimming pool was very comfortable...
Absolutely no vegan options. Staff behaved as if they were being inconvenienced for the simplest as requests. Cleanliness was absolutely terrible and poorly organized

Great deal for your buck. Small resort, with everything covered. Appearance, cleanliness, decent rooms, Great staff- pleasant, very attentive, responsive & fun, good food (not great but not bad at all). Drinks were okay. Definitely recommended the Royal Solaris for a quick, convenient, reasonable, pretty darn good for an all inclusive stay.
They are missing the recycling bins. Didn’t see any place to recycle. All the staff were super friendly.
I’d like everything in the hotel
The staff were very nice and accommodating. Buffet lacks variety, but the restaurants were great.
There is not much for kids to do, ages 10 and up. There’s no coffee or Ice cream stations around the property. When you get there you get bombarder with people trying to get you to buy vacation packages, I just got there I don’t even know if I like it. There’s only one place to eat and if you don’t get up at 6am you can’t make reservations for specialty dining. Also you need to get up at 6am and put your towel on a chair to hold your spot. Ridiculous! Not my favorite place and probably will not go back.
