The rooms were wonderful. The food is traditional Mexican food which I don’t care for. The staff are very nice. The biggest problem was that kids stay free so their were so many kids who had no boundaries. In the adult pool splashing in your drink. Pretty much out of control. Screaming and running in the halls at midnight. The hotel itself is nice.

Clean, classy, and well-maintained property with upscale amenities. All-inclusive means all-inclusive. There are a few menu options with upcharges - large steaks or premium wines/spirits - but no hidden fees. Tipping staff is encouraged but low-pressure. Room service and maintenance are managed through the Palace Resorts app, which works pretty well. Food is upscale but not quite fine dining. The restaurants operate without reservations. The buffet is more or less always available, but on weekends restaurant wait times can be an hour or more.

Our 5dy stay here was EXCELLENT cleanliness is a 10/10 room was emmaculate everyday, housekeeping comes as soon as they are called. The food is a hit or miss and the drinks you always need double shots but other than that I would highly recommend. Every room has a jacuzzi tub, king size bed can hold 2 adults n 1 kid possibly 2 if thy are small, pools were great. We did jet skis and parasailing, the best. The salmon n steaks were very good and those are in the restaurants. Didnt have to wait at none of the restaurants except on Sat for 30mns. We enjoyed our stay here

I’d probably never come back. It was an ok stay. You can tell the place is old. The language barrier is annoying with housekeeping. You can’t vape there even outside. They also tried to add a donation onto my bill without consent. The elevators took like 10mins every day all day to get to and from my room or family members room. Food was trash trash trash. I’ve been to the Jamaica location and it was amazing compared to this location.

Everything was so nice everyone so helpful. All smiles. The one thing I really didn't like was the music around pool area wasn't loud enough. And not enough variety of music. Thank you.

We stayed for 8 days. The food at open buffet was the same every day. Other restaurants don’t require reservation but the food was not good at all. The quality of food is below average in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed at. They had Italian, Steakhouse, and Asian. Sometimes it felt like it’s the same food from buffet. Alcohol drinks are never consistent, warm, and some too sweet. Coke was almost always flat because they use 1 liter bottles throughout the day. Chi shampoo and conditioner will only be provided when you arrive. After they give something else, which was not ok. On the positive side, there’s always activities by the pool. I loved the staff doing all activities…super friendly. They had music…sometimes live music too. Kids had a great time. You walk down to the beach which is very close and nice view. The Sweet and Coffee shop was our favorite. The shop had amazing service, great coffee, and deserts. Overall, I doubt I’ll go back again because of mainly the quality of food.

Food choices and quality was amazing. Every restaurant was better than the last. I do wish there was a bar/restaurant next to the beach

Great place for family with kids. Dining options are good, but same manu every night. Staff around the pool area needs improvment(beach area too). Sometimes you don't see anyone for 30 minutes and by the time you get your drink its 45 min or longer. Even if you tip them it dosen't change much(Dixon was awsome). Sports bar and roof top are awsome.

Service was excellent and great location.

Relaxing and refreshing

Amazing ocean front all inclusive! Great service and delicious food and cocktails. We're already planning our return trip.

Doesn't have the resort feeling, more of a hotel, but great place to stay. Only 3 restaurants.

First the quality of food and drinks puts other properties to shame in my opinion. The service is good. As is true of all of Mexico there is always an upsell, but I upgraded my room, got several extra perks including a massage for myself and my guest (25 min ea) and we were very happy! We went to Isla and stayed at the palace property there (but being sold soon), and also stopped in to Sun palace (where all of the palace perks apply). Its a quick $2 bus ride to Sun palace and we enjoyed that property and entertainment there too! The Michael Jackson show cant be missed. A Vegas Mentalist and a circus show rounded out our entertainment. I do love these properties!

Overall my family had a great time at the beach palace. Food was really great and the drinks were okay. Diego from tequila recommended a grilled fish that was amazing! The coffee shop by the beach was an excellent feature. We enjoyed our coffee with our morning beach walks. We celebrated my daughters sweet 16 @the italian restaurant bocelli and boy they made it extra special! The wine i got was also really good. The steak house also did not disappoint! Testing on site was also a bonus!Im a little disappointed i did not get to use my vip credit d/t ke not being informed only applies to certain items/services.

Pools and hot tub could be kept a bit cleaner. Staff was wonderful, and food was excellent.

This place is amazing. It reminds me of a Four Seasons. The food was gourmet and probably the best I’ve had for inclusive. My favorite was the Asian restaurant it was sooo good. The steakhouse was also good. There is 24 hour room service, a cute little coffee shop from lattes, to ice coffees with an array of desserts. it’s all about the food right when on vacation! The rooms were spectacular, we got the ocean view suite and it was large and clean and modern. Every room comes with a large hot tub! The mini bar was stocked, bar style. The staff was excellent! Very attentive. We actually transferred here from Grand Oasis due to nightmare accommodations and Orbitz was awesome to relocate us after our complaints. They paid the extra costs! I was shocked and so grateful they did this for us. The only thing I wished this place had was more grounds. It’s basically hote, pool, and beach outside. It’s definitely more hotel style versus a full resort. But either way our stay was very pleasant. They are owned buy Moon Palace so maybe we will try that next since it’s more massive resort. Oh and they also use L’Occicitane for their bathroom essentials which I love! This resort is very luxury, but just small.
