Room was clean but bed was rutted which stinks since it was so new. Food was 2/5. Very repetitive. Serving was very slow

New resort, beautiful beach, limited food & restaurants. We were definitely there during more of the soft opening as they were still working through things and getting items in place. Great news years eve event for our family. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the drink cart that circled the pool area. Need a coffee shop or marketplace with snack options 24/7 miss that compared to other places we have stayed; especially when traveling with college kids.

Staff could have been friendlier. When we arrived our room wasn’t clean until almost 6:30pm, check in was at 3:00pm.
