Close to airport

Slow check in when many people arrives, but friendly staff.

Very slow check in when more than 5 clients arrive. Staff is friendly but could use some trainning to fasten things up.

Check in process was very slow. Called for a shuttle from the airport and it never showed up.

I booked this hotel because I needed somewhere to stay as we landed kind of late and needed somewhere close to the airport and with shuttle service. the hotel has shuttle service but it was kind of tricky getting it. we had to call the hotel to request a shuttle and meet at a numbered parking spot that was almost visible. the driver only waited about 5 min and then started to leave by the time we got there. luckly the shuttle was leaving around and saw us which we got lucky because it would have been another 45 min for another shuttle.

Rooms are well equipped. Hotel is clean. No cream or sugar provided in guest room

No bellman and one baggage cart that could not be located at 6 am in the morning and us with 200 lbs baggage, we have stayed here numerous times.

Woefully understaffed. Elevators. Only two available and one was inoperative and the other extremely slow. The that worked had a sign on our floor saying out of use but we had come up in it before but would not call the elevator to go down

Very good & clean

A clean hotel that is inviting. Restaurants and bar on site along with a nice outdoor swimming pool area. The only negative is it’s location away from the main hotel strip. For an airport hotel this is highly recommended.

This was my second stay at this place. Not really a great location unless for some reason you need ti stay very close to the airport. Service was really bad this time. I asked for help cleaning my room several times and no one came. I asked for an extra towel several times, and again, no one ever came. Next time I’ll stay somewhere else.

I came in late and tired only to be put in a room with no working air conditioner, no phone in the room to call downstairs, no hot water, and no working tv. I asked for someone to come fix the tv. Noone came. Since I couldnt call I had to go back and forth to the 4th floor a few times. They gave me another room that had all the adequate amenities. Staff did not do a good job acknowledging the issues or was to worried to make sure my stay was satisfactory. This might have been an anomoly I am not to sure. Either way I would not stay there a second time.

Very nice airport hotel. Good amenities and easy access. Airport shuttle was excellent.

I stay at an airport hotel for only one reason: to make getting to the airport for a morning flight stress free. However, this hotel made things very stressful indeed: on two separate occasions I confirmed with the front desk (when I checked in and later that evening) how often the shuttle made pickups to the airport and was assured they came every ten minutes without fail. As we went out to the front of the hotel in the morning to get the shuttle, the employee there (with a walkie talkie radio) told us that the van had just left and it would be some 20 minutes before another would arrive; when I complained that I was told they were every ten minutes she seemed amused but reiterated it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes had passed I pestered her again--she got on her radio and then said it would be a while longer. When I indicated our annoyance with the inconsistent promises, she just smiled. After yet another twenty minutes or so, a crowd had developed: others said they had been told by staff at various times that the airport shuttle came every twenty minutes faithfully. After well over an hour the shuttle finally arrived. We got in and every seat was filled-- no explanation, no apology, and certainly no compensation. I will never trust Marriott after this: they just don't care.

The hotel is great very close to the airport Food very good slow service at dinner but good. Will comeback definitely .
