This is a very nice hotel. The courtyard is full of tropical trees and plants surrounding a decent swiming pool. The hottub was out of service during our stay. The restaruant staff were very nice. The food and menu were only so so! For that reason we skipped a few meals and ate at the airport instead. Its Mexico, so I expected great mexican food, but I think I had better mexican food here in the US. I think they tried to make it too american. The room was old fashion, but very clean and very comfortable.

We for This hotel to spend a night before we got to our all inclusive resort... the shuttle service is very convenient went you travel with kids.

Stayed here last minute with family due to missed connection; nice spot - seems more likely to appeal to business travelers vs. tourists.

It was the best choice for a late arrival at Cancun Airport, we used their reliable shuttle service, enjoyed a good breakfast. We returned to this hotel after a trip and it was a good experience.

Stayed there for one night, the price is reasonable, no refrigerator. My problem was the poor sound insulation. The building has echo problem. Right on the third floor with your door shut you will hear those arguing with the front desk staff from the ground floor. At 4:30am the noise from breakfast room preparation work is so loud to guarantee your wake up call.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service.

Booked this room quickly. Conditions were acceptable, building on the older side, but decent. Staff is great, service was great, room service meal was well prepared & delivered quickly, plus they offer an airport shuttle every 30 Minutes.

Was very impressed with hotel. It was lovely and comfortable. Only concern was the blinking flash of the smoke alarm and it was a little bit loud at times with the sound of other patrons. I would stay there again!

Convenient for a short night and return to the airport. However, 1st room was extremely musty. The 2nd room was less so but musty as well. I only needed the room for a goodnight sleep then return to the airport at 4am. I could/would not stay here again for fear of breathing issues.

Good place to relax when waiting for a flight. Comfortable bed, nice pool and relaxing garden.

Since my flight was delayed, I went ahead and booked the closest hotel. Seeing the Marriott name implies top notch quality service. This was NOT the case. I was greeted by Alfredo (in training). I was waiting in line and first he told me that it has to be in order. So I patiently waited. Then there was this guy from the back of the line who jumped the line. He helped that person first. I was very annoyed because I don't speak Spanish and the guy he helped spoke Spanish. How can you tell me to stand in line and wait and help someone else??? Just because I don't speak Spanish, you shouldn't be able to jump the line. Next, I pulled out my ID and Discover card I used to pay through Orbitz. He told me I need to pay. I became upset and told him I already paid for it. He asked me to PROVE it. So I pulled up my phone and email Orbitz sent me. Then he said, I'll have to call to verify. I don't know if it's because Alfredo is in training or he just doesn't know. He then made the phone call and looked at my reservation. I booked for 4 people to 1 room (3 adults and 1 child). He said, because I have an extra adult in the room, I need to pay an extra $20 + fees. Comes out to $24. I was like, I already paid on Orbitz. He insisted I pay again. I didn't want to argue over $24 and went ahead to pay. This would've been a better experience if not for the customer service. I expected more from Marriott. The lack of respect for customers.

Very friendly staff. The garden setting with both a swimming pool and huge hot tub provided a relaxing setting

Expensive food that was not very good, nothing nearby, restaurant takes only Pesos or credit card. Someone with a keycard tried entering our room, thankfully metal doorlatch on. This was in the evening, not during maid service hours. Staff unfriendly. The only good thing was the airport shuttle service with very friendly driver! Will not stay here again.

If you just want to spend a night close to the airport in a relatively comfortable and clean hotel then I can recommend it. There is a nice pool and hot tubs, decent restaurant, free wifi, laundry facilities, and free airport shuttle (every 30 mins). Particularly, Patricia on the front desk went out of her way to help me during my stay. All staff were professional and friendly, but Patricia outshone them all -)

Hotel was much better than I expected for the price. Great room, really nice pool and hot tub. Restaurant was also good. A really great value.

Stayed overnight on the way back from a family vacation. Great service, friendly staff, easy to get to & from airport, NICE pool. The room was a bit musty smelling though! If they could fix that it would be great.

Stayed at the hotel overnight at the Cancun Airport. Location and cleanliness were key and both were very good and met expectations.

close to airport

unbearable noise all night

convenient but musty

Convenient for a short night and return to the airport. However, 1st room was extremely musty. The 2nd room was less so but musty as well. I only needed the room for a goodnight sleep then return to the airport at 4am. I could/would not stay here again for fear of breathing issues.
