They Never changed the comforter or sheets. We called multiple times for towles and never received them. Ypung lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. My card was charged for the days I wasnt there. The sheets had old Urine stays all over. The pool was not cleaned until we decided to get in and they added some yellow liquid that was all. The edges of the pool are falling off.

It took 30 minutes to check in. Our room had NO towels at all. It took 3 hours to get towels for a cold shower. No warm water, even! Though I asked for the shuttle and they told me what times were available, I chose the 6:45am and told to be there 5 minutes early...when I came down in the morning...I was told I had not booked it???
