This was the worse experience ever and we travel a lot. The staff never answers the phone. I tried calling them ahead of my reservation so that we could get a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. I called, emailed, and sent message but no answer. I finally got ahold of someone who told us the shuttle would be at the airport but it never arrived: we had to get a taxi and when we arrived at the hotel and told them about this the front desk girl simply said “if you have anything to say go to the website”. Continental breakfast is a joke and the oils are not clean at all. Our shower had mold around the tile. The fire alarm or evacuation alarm went off at 5am and everyone on our floor was scrambling to get out. We called front desk hoping they would answer and they told us it was an error and they would turn it off soon. It remained on for another 5 minutes and went off again twice. Checking out was equally bad, they kept questioning whether we paid or not even though that same guy took our payment the night before. Horrible horrible stay!

New property with contemporary decor. Only 15-min by car to the airport. Includes free continental breakfast and shuttle to the airport. Friendly security guards and front desk.

The room and shower with extremely dirty. The room lacked clean towels. Had to call three times to request clean towels. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The hotel breakfast is not continental, you have to pay for eggs or something else because it includes only bread, coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, and milk. The shuttle must be reserve in advance or the taxis charge $40.

Very loud at night. Staff was friendly

Clean and spacious, comfortable, very kind and caring personnel!

Very nice and new place . Very secure and safe .However the housekeeper woke us up and asked us what time we were checking out at 9am, check out is at 1 pm . Also we did not get to access the pool.

If you are not fluent in Spanish this is not the place for you. The “bar” was gross and we seemed to be a burden when we asked for a drink.

Nice pool and facilities, poor dinner options and really slow, no places to eat close by.
