Hotel is clean with a decent shower and a clean and comfy bed. Claudia at the reception is a star - she will tell you where to find restaurants, shops, etc. (A number of restaurants in a walking distance) There’s a free parking for guests and a lift.
This is when you have not opened your eyes yet - and the birds are singing outside the window, then you watch how the sun's rays barely make their way, you stretch in the softest bed, the air conditioner blows on you carefully. You have already woken up, but you catch this moment and understand that life is beautiful. You get up, wearing the softest robe, take a light shower and head to the coffee machine for a charge of energy, and then to the refrigerator to cut juicy fruits. And so, with a cup of invigorating drink, you go out to the balcony, and there - palm trees, palm trees, palm trees, the smell of morning freshness, the city slowly wakes up and you along with it. Then you feel that it would be nice to eat something significant. Going to breakfast, you pass next to the gym, which somehow hints: “hey, I let you go to eat , but do not forget about me” :) But you are very goal-oriented and grinning continue your way in search of food, meeting along the way smiling maids, courteous receptionists who can greet you in any language :) And here he is - the waiter inviting you to sit down at the table. At first glance, dealing with hunger, you can run up your eyes from the choice of dishes on the menu, but a friendly guy will come to rescue and help you to find a breakfast that suits every taste. Imagine a picture? And this is only a morning! At night, in a cheerful, friendly company, in a loving couple looking for mysteries and romance, in the family circle or in proud loneliness, you go downstairs to the China Girl restaurant to taste the delicate savor and variety of Chinese dishes, which were transmitted as family secrets from generation to generation, thereby turning to exclusive ones. If you look at the walls of the restaurant, you will see nominal cells inside which there are hidden bottles of unfinished alcohol, making it clear that even if you leave, be sure to come back, we will still wait for you here. Thus, without suspecting it, you can become part of the history of this atmospheric place. If you are not yet a sophisticated judge of the delicate feel of real Mexican tequila - an amiable waiter will hold you a tasting, to open your eyes to the world. But if you don’t want to end the evening in half a word, the elevator will take you to the terrace, where you can drink a bottle of wine under the cool breeze of Cancun while sitting in the jacuzzi and watching the stars ... So, this feeling of unearthly happiness will give you Kabah Boutique Hotel - where the ancient Maya's name Kabah meant - the road of the gods. (you understand, that same road which leads you to paradise)
We were staying in this hotel duaring 8 days of our holidays in Cancun. The staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are big, VERY clean and comfortable (with conditioner, safe box, fridge). Breakfasts are delicious and made by Mexican kitchen, I liked Huevo Kabah🤗 and also in the first floor there is a great Chinese restaurant - China Girl. There is also a pool in a roof of the hotel, there is a unbelievable view. I would like to recommend this hotel to everybody who appreciates quality, safety and comfort.
Before arriving to Kabah Boutique Hotel I contacted the hotel directly to ask a couple questions in 2 weeks in advanced. I had 3 questions my questions were “ How much would it be for decorations in the room some balloons and roses I would like a price quote? Reception replied in a email and said $35 I didn’t reply neither confirm that I would like any decorations because I thought the price was extremely pricey and ridiculous for some balloons and and rose petals. My next question was “ Can you guys get me ( 5 ) one litter vitamin d milk for my son? ( PICTURE SENT OF THE MILK BRAND AND KIND ) Claudia replied and said that they will have the milk ready upon arrival. “ My next question was “ Do you guys have a baby crib available? if so please add a crib to my hotel room” Franco replied “ Yes mam we have a crib available and ready for the baby upon arrival “ As arriving to Kabah Boutique Hotel I was greeted by a young man and a women named Claudia. The young man told me we have something special I was already checked in and ready to go to my room without them even telling me anything about the milk that was needed because they told me it was going to be in the room waiting for me. I was confused and wondering what was the special surprised as walking to my room because I didn’t ask for anything at all or confirm anything with the hotel. As walking into my room I see rose petals on the floor and two balloons and roses on the bed I was confused because I didn’t ask or confirmed with the hotel for any decorations. There was no crib available for my child upon request, there was no milk available upon request. It was extremely late in the night my child was crying for atleast 15 minutes because he was hungry and there was no milk upon request. I went down to talk to Claudia because of the milk issue and first thing she told me that the cost for the decorations is $30US I was confused because I didn’t ask for any decorations neither confirmed with anybody that I wanted any decorations. Which is completely ridiculous because I had to pay $30US for something that I didn’t ask for they just assumed that this was something I wanted when I just asked for a “ price quote in the first place “ Then I asked Claudia if I get the milk for my child was crying for 15mins due to the fact that he was hungry when Claudia and all receptionist staff knew that I was coming in a late place ride. Claudia had the audacity to tell me that there was no milk for me that they got the wrong milk and I told her but I asked for the milk in advanced and I sent the picture of what kind of milk I wanted and how many containers of milk I wanted. So she told me that she sent somebody to go get some milk for my child I had to wait for at least 15-20 minutes to receive any milk she didn’t apologize or tell me sorry or anything for the inconvenience. This was really upsetting and disappointing it was a long night for myself and child. Claudia came up and knocked on my room door and only gave me 2 milk containers when I needed 5 containers and asked for 5. This was really disappointing, bad customer service and false advertising in all aspects!
The front desk staff was very helpful as I had a lot of questions before and during my stay. Claudia even explained Mexican money and how to tip to me. The most basic room was just that - pretty much just a bed & bathroom - no desk or table, but if you are just there to sleep it should suit. Very clean. Has a workout area where you can fill up your water bottle. The second time I stayed I upgraded to a bigger room for $15.00 because I wanted to have a table or desk of some kind and I would be spending a little more time in the room. It is very pleasant and has a bigger bed. I got what I wanted.. They have free in-room Netflix and a pool on the roof, neither of which I chose to use out of personal preference
Excellent newer hotel close to Costco, mall, Sams Club, And outlets while in Cancún. Convenient airport shuttle, free breakfast and clean big modern rooms. Exercise center, easy walking to restaurants, banks, and parks. Highly recommend.
I needed to stay relatively close to the airport, and also be able to reach downtown Cancun. Hotel Kabah is fairly new and I had a great experience from beginning to end. I was greeted with a glass of champagne by the receptionist Franco, who also gave me great advice and upgraded my room. There are great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, on the same road. Since it was raining outside, I decided to eat at the Chinese restaurant that is attached to the hotel and I was once again pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and delicious and a larger serving than I expected. It was actually better than most of the Chinese food I've tasted during my travels. I ate it in my room, which had floor to ceiling windows on both sides and a King size bed. I also like that there's 2 banks next to the hotel so if you've just arrived you can go to the ATM's and withdraw what you need. If I'm ever connecting through Cancun I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Having 2 days in Cancun before flying back to Europe, we stayed at This hotel near the center of Cancun. We wanted to stay away from the "Zona Hoteleria" with all the fancy hotels and ridiculous prices. Kabah Botique Hotel has spacious modern rooms, with simple but efficient interiour with cool details. But- it was the service that took out the bravos from us. From the first moment the staff were interested in customer satisfacion- we came at 12, got the room ( chck in 1500) and could stay til 1330 when we left. No problema was the refrain.. The breakfast was very simple but ok.
Such a beautiful place in Cancun! We' ve chosen this hotel for a couple of days and it was just perfect! Very clean, great breakfast, quietly place! We had here all we need for a great stay. Thank you very much!
We just stayed at the Kabah Boutique hotel at the beginning of a trip to Cancun. We needed a few days of accommodations (prior to checking into our all-inclusive) while we did some local tours, Chichen Itza, centotes, Valladolid, etc... and wanted something central and convenient. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are clean and modern. We were given a lovely upgrade to a corner suite with wonderful balconies on both sides of our room. It was absolutely fabulous! Our only gripe is that the beds are a little bit high off the ground, which is rough after a long, exhausting day of exploration, but it's such a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. I felt incredibly safe at the property. The rooms are secure, the location well-lit, and the neighborhood is very nice. As a note, because the hotel is so new, Google Maps isn't entirely accurate when trying to navigate here. For a point of reference, the hotel is very close to Costco, just on the opposite side of the street. It's also next to a Citibanamex, and down the block from McDonalds. It's a really great and convenient location. Claudia and Franco at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly helpful, and go above-and-beyond with their service. I am very happy with our time at the Kabah Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it.
