This was my second time to this adults only all inclusive hotel, and we love it! The only sad thing about this hotel is that the beach area has almost completed disappeared. For this reason, we will not return again.

Our room was barely cleaned each day. There was a dead bug in the same spot for 3 days in a row

Likes was the all inclusive at mostly every restaurant including room service Dislike the fact our room was dirty upon arrival #honeymoon so wasn’t trying to fuss smh and the swan towel was not on our bed.Water was coming underneath shower door even when shut properly & water was coming thru the wall by chair. The room reeked of mold & mildew. They did address the issue but it was only a temporary fix. Front desk was good on addressing issues even call back to make sure the work was done. However they nickel & dime you for everything. Mask was $5 usd for one.

I loved the scenery , the events , the staff & the room . The food is not so good . Also everything is a far walking distance through the resort .

Overall our stay was ok. The staff was good with the exception a few of the staff that argued back instead of assisting. Food was under par especially the overrated Tao.

I love the food and entertainment

Good place, friendly people except for few. Called for room service for dinner and it never arrived. One time I called and just asked to see if by any chance they had chocolate milk and the guy replied to me with the nastiest attitude. Walked to the beach area on my last day because I saw they offered parasailing and jet ski and it wasn't available for like a month. Pools are too warm, if outside it's hot, I don't need a hot pool. The fridge doesn't keep your drinks cold. Air Conditioner doesnt make the room cold at all. I sweat everyday even after maintenance came to "fix" it. Stop taking the valleyball away from the pool everytime there's a bachata lesson. The guy cant even dance right. As a professional latin dancer I was annoyed.

I didn't like that we had to wear masks in the restaurants, and at the sister resort you didn't have to wear them. The sister resort had better options for dining, shopping and bars.

Very clean and well maintained. Food was diverse and enjoyable. Communication could be better when calling for extra water to room, but variety and supplies were excellent. Staff were all very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful

Love the staff!
