Everyone at this property made my stay worth coming back. They will take care of anything you need mostly transportation to and from once you arrive. I would provided some type of shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel. Make sure you include some type of pants and a tee/dress shirt a few restaurants don't allow pool wear and open toe shoes. Outside of that, I will stay here again.

I like the hotel overall, however I dont like the trend of hotel bathrooms having semi-see through frosted glass walls etc. In my room, the shower was separate with frosted glass walls, there was a tub in the room, and the toilet was separate. I was staying by myself so i didn't care, but it can be weird if you are staying with friends. I really wish hotels just had normal bathrooms. The food and entertainment at this hotel was good. My only complaint is that the wait at the restaurants for service was sometimes quite long.

The property is dated quite a bit, but it was evident that they are trying to take care of it & make improvements. It was a lovely place to eat delicious food, relax, & enjoy some downtime.

Went to adults only which has two options was really fun! The staff is great during our stay, drinks and beach are beautiful. We were initially in deluxe side, but that side didn't have the amount of beds available to us so they upgraded us to platinum side the supposed quieter side. I would rate the platinum side as the party side, instead of the deluxe side. The deluxe has a daytime pool party thats why they say its party, but pools close by dinner time- so everyone at night migrates to where music and open bars are. And since any place that has a disco or nightclub and open bar is where night people will be. So near the restaurants and bar is where it gets loud. We almost couldn't sleep with the heavy bass but didn't want to switch rooms a second time. Everything else amazing

This was a beautiful resort as far as the architecture and rooms were very clean. The food was definitely not the best. It is also a resort with an older crowd therefore if you are looking for music and more live experience I would choose somewhere else. Overall it was a good experience but will going somewhere else next time.

We just returned from a 7 day vacation in a Platinum swim out. The area and grounds around the resort were very well kept. Between the platinum and deluxe area there were plenty of pools. It never felt too busy. The negatives for my wife and i definitely outweigh the positives. Out of the 4 restaurants we only enjoyed the TexMex and Asian. The gourmet i had the chef special crepe with scallops and shrimp. It came out with a very pungent fish odor. The flavor was that of expired seafood. The other issue we had with the restaurants was the time. By day 3 we just understood that dinner would be 90 to 120 minutes from sit down to leaving. Not sure if the resort was understaffed, but in general all service areas were slow. Other thing that was odd to us is that we could not get water bottles from any of the bars or servers. We've never experienced this before. This is our 7th all inclusive in the past 12 years and overall we just found the resort lacking in hospitality from staff.

The Property is just beautiful. The beach area is not very swimmable due to rocks, so bring water shoes. But, it is a beautiful beach. The entertainment was great. They have different types of bands every night. The dance type shows were very professional with great costumes. The fire dancing show outside was the best. The restaurants were good. The buffet could be good if you used the stations where they made hot food. They always have fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall this resort met or exceeded my expectations. We had a great time.
