It is in the area near restaurants, bakery and grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. Few blocks away from the 5th Avenue. Short walk to 5th without the noise. The gate requires fob to enter. So it is very safe. The unit is furnished with comfortable sectional, dining chairs and counter top chairs around kitchen island. A lot of seatings. There is a desk and task chair in front of the master bedroom. We use master bed only, it is comfortable king bed, big closet and lots of cabinets and drawers for storage. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and glasses. More than needed for day to day use. The management responds quickly to answer questions and resolve issues.
