Everyone was very friendly! The food was not good and the beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep much. It wasn’t convenient to the shopping area or restaurants. You couldn’t order a mimosa with breakfast due to the bar not opening until 12pm at the dining hall.

Food was horrible says has 3 restaurants only one was opened buffet style they had one night you can order from menu and a steak was an extra $130 even though it’s supposed to be all inclusive. Nothing to do when it rains out. Pools close way to early 6pm and 8pm. Would not stay here again. Beware of the guys selling tickets on beach for ferry if it’s cancelled they don’t give you your money back.

I was really looking forward to enjoying my stay here, but unfortunately I got diarrhea from the food served at the hotel and was sick for a few days( about 3 days). Because of this, I couldn't enjoy the amenities, the buffet experience, and enjoy the pool. I also missed the excursions I was really looking forward to, like visiting the Chichen Itza and Valladolid, as well as exploring downtown. The staff did bring room service while I was sick, but that small effort doesn't change the fact that the food made me ill and missed the excursions. The hotel refused to take responsibility, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. Food safety should be taken more seriously, because no guest should lose days of their vacation to sickness.

I had a nice time! If you go there with the expectations that the property is a little older and the rooms are basic you will be satisfied. I am glad I didnt up upgrading to the ocean view because I dont think it'd be worth it. The service was really great! Very prompt and friendly. I also think the food was good and there was a nice variety.

To begin with, lets say THIS place should not exist. Small, poor, claustrophobic, gray, no.amenities, no beach, no water-has a pond-like paddle by the marina where all catamarans stay. No understanding what "seevice" means. No food is small, mote-like dining corner. Has no restaurants, no shows. Felt as I arrived into a prison. No a vacation spot where you desire to be as you pay money for your all-inclusive stay. DO NOT BOOK IT!!

Room was basic standard room overlooking an AC and 1/2 brick wall it was facing the street so was noisy at night and difficult to sleep. But I made due since it was a short trip (3 days). Staff at bar/beach/buffet were all very tentative. Need more umbrellas at the beach, had to get there early to secure one. Pool area was clean and had a few activities to participate in during afternoon hours. Overall good stay for the cost

I traveled solo, so I got a basic standard room. It faced the main road and was very noisy at night, so it was difficult to sleep sometimes. View was a brick wall and and an AC. Room was ok for a shot trip so I made due. Staff were all very tentative and friendly. Buffett was the same food, just disguised differently each meal, but filled me. If you’re a foodie definitely not for you. Overall a good place to stay for the value.

We had so many hiccups which I have explained in detail and one was the tour hook up the guests services offer too pushy and ask too many personal questions, other thing was our room was never made right during our stay, one day not clean, the next day half way serviced to nothing to the point of not getting toilet paper and water restocked, no blankets just the thin sheets, front desk phone does not work it made me make trips to front desk everyday night upon return to have supplies and blankets sent to our room. No cofee was restocked unless we asked, we were tree people my husband myself and my Doughter and only two bath towels were restocked making me asking for a third bath towel every day. I would not come back here nor recommend to anyone. Sorry.

Nice location to port if you want to go to Isla mujeres. Nice entertainment at the resort. Pillows were not comfortable, only complaint, and one shower not working and never fixed. Buffet was pretty good, mainly all we ate at. Quality of food was not bad at all!
