This resort is amazing and very friendly. The environment is great for meeting new people

The property was clean and inviting. The pools were great. Loved the deck and beach chair idea (Laying above ground surrounded by the ocean was pretty neat 👌).

Mini bar needs alcohol, jacuzzi needs to be cleaned often as well as pools. Other than that, the staff were terrific, definitely made the stay pleasant.

the food is not what i expected compare to my first time in cancun

The food was very bad. There weren’t enough towels, refrigerator wasn’t stocked enough. Nothing to do while there

Staff was very attentive, room was cleaned very well everyday. Hotel had entertainment at night. The food was vary . We were not I. The hotel much but each night they had different kind of food, buffet style. Buffet breakfast was great as well. I was pleased to see a lot of healthy food such as oatmeal, green juice and a lot of vegetables.

The beach was ugly, and tiny. The food was ok. I didn’t like that breakfast was the same every morning. It could have used variety. The staff was amazing.

CANCUN BAY IS AN AMAZING FAMILY RESORT ITS ABOUT 10 MINS FROM DOWNTOWN CANCUN THE ONLY THING I DIDNT REALLY CARE FOR WAS THE FOOD THE STAFF WERE AMZING WITH KEEPING OUR ROOMS CLEAN THEY WERE HELPFUL AND THE FACT THAT I MADE THE WHOLE HOTEL TAKE SHOTS WE WENT THROUGH 37 BOTTLES OF TEQUILA THANKS GUYS

My best friend and I went for 5 days. The resort and staff exceeded our expectations. Loved our room and would like same room or area when we come back.

Overall you get what you pay for, the atmosphere was good! Pool/gym was decent, I did enjoy having all inclusive. But in terms of why it was bad came down to a few things. 1.WIFI - Terrible 2. Room - Overall quality was poor. (Had to switch rooms 3 times because my air conditioner broke and it was leaking). 3. Drinks were average - 1 beer which was Dos XX (No other options). ALSO - Bar closes at 11 pm which was a shocker, and NO wifi in the rooms, which sucked (Even though it was bad). Good - The place had everything you needed (Beach, pool, gym, food, drinks) But just be aware, (You get what you pay for).

Thank you for staying with us, there is a stock for towels in rooms but you can always ask for extras, minibar included juices, water and sodas and is filled every day. Thank you for share your opinion.
