This is a very unique unit, a hotel type room, with all the comforts.
With spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Cozumel. Located in the perfect place to get everywhere in minutes. The beach, shops, restaurants and cafes are right next to you. Come and enjoy the most spectacular views from our terrace!

Private room equipped for the enjoyment of your vacation, which is accessed by elevator
Two blocks from the beach and next to the famous 5th Avenue. with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.
High ceilings and full-size windows offer great views, natural lighting, and ventilation.
The two-story rooftop has an infinity pool, the highest Jacuzzi in Playa del Carmen.

You can access the infinity pool located on the roof of the Condominium, there you will also find the jacuzzi

- Reservations of 20 days or more, the cost for electricity service is charged to the guest, this is done with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival.
- Reservations of 1 month or more, 2 cleanings per month are mandatory, the cost is charged to the guest.(450 - 650 pesos each ,depending on the size of your apartment )
- The hosts only provide bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and garbage bags for the guest's arrival.
After check in any of these materials will be assumed by the guest.
