Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and the location was incredibly convenient—perfectly situated for exploring Athens. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Although we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, they graciously stored our luggage so we could begin sightseeing right away. We also received a complimentary rooftop drink discount, which was a nice touch.
Our room matched the photos online and was clean and well-appointed. However, the bed consisted of two twin mattresses pushed together and wasn’t particularly comfortable. The bathroom was compact, and the shower was quite small—despite keeping the doors closed, water leaked onto the floor, soaking the bath mat. A helpful heads-up for travelers: like many places in Greece, the hotel requires guests not to flush toilet paper.
Upon arrival, we learned the chef was out sick, so we opted to bring desserts to the rooftop to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, we were asked to leave as outside food isn’t permitted, which was disappointing given the circumstances.
One highlight was the hotel’s car service—it was seamless and reliable, though priced slightly higher than another hotel we stayed at. That said, the convenience and professionalism made it worthwhile. We especially appreciated the staff’s honesty and safety tips about staying alert while walking around the city. In summary the hotel delivered great service and had the perfect location!
