The view from the top floor was spectacular but the facility and service was almost not there. We brought some sand to the bathroom floor from the beach so we needed to clean they couldn’t provide the cleaning service but loaning us vacuum. We cleaned our place by ourselves; stayed there for A week no cleaning service provided. we needed new bedding they brought us sheet so we can change ourselves ; they did not have staff to change. They did water pipe checking one night, next morning we did not have water then by the time we had water, rusted water came for a long while…..short staffed almost no service available too expensive for that kind of service

Great location.

July 2021. Thoroughly disappointed in this hotel. Booked a much needed vacation with my wife and two kids, 10 and 14 years old. Our total price amounted to over $450 per night, which is a good amount of money and I don't think it's unfair to have reasonably high expectations for that price. The hotel location is good and just what we wanted, walkable to Waikiki but also a little removed. The lobby is beautiful, and our suite with a kitchenette was nice at first glance until we noticed it was clearly not cleaned at all well between guests. The hotel amenities are ok, the paddling pool was too shallow for my children but would be good for toddlers/newborns. The main pool is far too small for the hotel and often was full so we couldn't enter (total capacity is 34 persons), it is also a bit clumsy to get to and seems like an after thought for the hotel that was not part of the original design. Celebrations for 4th July by the harbor were good (but not put on by the hotel), and the hotel guests were extremely rowdy to the point that at 2am we couldn't sleep. We also then had party neighbors to the side and above us. We then had a shower spout that fell apart, then a broken toilet handle, and the final straw was a cockroach in the bathroom. Room services were understandably not at full level due to COVID, but building trash (smelly) and having to call/wait for every item (towels, soap refill etc) is not ideal for a $450/night resort. I will definitely not return, nor recommend.

It’s a great place to stay but unfortunately we did not have a/c for 2 of our 3 nights there.

The hotel was very nice. Everything was clean and the rooms had lots if space.

Interior was outdated and carpet was really dirty. Kitchen and bathroom were in great shape. Great views and valley has an amazing staff.

Property is clean. Friendly staff. View is amazing. Close proximity to the mall and the ala moana park and the beach.

It was a bit disappointing because the a/c in our room was broken for 2 of our 3 days. The gym wasn’t available either and right before our arrival, they had assured me that it was available. Our first time in Hawaii and I really wanted to make it special for my wife.

The rooms were pristine condition and the balcony was a pretty decent size. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Near the beach and it has full kitchen. The carpets are so run down! Lots of stains! The pillows are so small and uncomfortable plus they dont have extras if you ask one!

You have to pay for parking each day, which should be included,The first room we were in the sheets were dirty they had some type on lipstick on them,i reported that and i was moved, but when i laid in the bed for the first time it was horrible, for this room to cost as much on the days i stayed there, the bed was extremely hard and mattress out dated,I have back issues, what do you want mostly in a hotel that you will be staying for a whole 7days a comfortable bed at least right??called the management asking to be placed in a different bed she stated that she would have house keeping put a bed topper on, which never happened, O yeah be careful with the dishes, please re wash them, because they are not washed by the hotel or house keeping, they are washed by the previous guess, house keeping stated that they do not wash your dishes or better yet take them to the dishwasher, how nasty is that when you think about it, simply because everyone isn't as clean as you!! Omg yikes

The property was right next to the beach and that’s lit

Very amazing location, service and beautiful hotel!!

Seems like the interior was upgraded recently. Modern decor and amenities, lots of space, and a good sized kitchen. Location if you’re driving is a bit tricky as it is central downtown, but being central puts you right in the middle of everything you’d need. And a block from the ocean.

I couldn’t change my room after checking in, I have anxiety and the 25.th floor was hard for me

When I arrived there was a notice on the table in the room saying it had just been sprayed by a pest control company... The pool was extremely old and out of date. I will say the room was spacious and had a kitchen.
