The staff was helpful and kept this hotel as clean and up to date as they could, considering it is a very old building. So with that being said, the hot water as a hit and miss and the rooms were clean but very dated. And there is only valet parking which was $40/day.

The staff tried to trick us by giving a regular double bed room (300 SQFT) while we booked double bed suite (500SQFT). We went up found out the room is smaller and came down to switch to the right room category/size. The staff was trying to defend her act which clearly showed she was trying to cheat us with a smaller room. We had to go up to check the rooms again and came down to confirm one of them that matched the size and specification of the booking. We booked 11 days and the staff didn't treat us cordially or checkin was bad.

The room was very old and outdated. There was no hot water—only room-temperature water—and there was hair on the shower walls, which was unacceptable. No extra blankets were available, and although this room was advertised as a suite, it clearly was not. The pool was extremely small, and the front desk was consistently very busy, making it difficult to get assistance. Breakfast was disappointing: one paper bag per room per day containing only a small bag of popcorn and a Nature Valley bar. There was no heat in the room, and the air unit only allowed low, medium, or high fan settings with no real temperature control. The carpet was filthy. While the room had a kitchen, there were no pots, pans, or microwave provided. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

Great location if you don’t mind music and crowd noise. Sounded like everyone was having fun which was great. Room was disgusting! Paint falling off shower tile and cleaning staff left covering drain ea day..obviously not cleaning. Walls & cab doors all falling apart, stained & disgusting. We wore flips to take a shower..in Luke warm or cold water. 0 hot water entire time. Bedding smelled and felt clean..shower curtain looked as hadn’t been washed in years! And when you get there they charge you an “amenity” fee of over $30 per day up front. We used NO amenities! Staff was always nice, but then we never complained about anything.

Pros: Location is perfect. Enough beds for 5 people. Cons: room was extremely old, service was mediocre, very noisy from the street on 7th fl. No conditioner. Valet parking for $52 a night.

The hotel was nothing like the advertised photos. The building is old, with run-down bathroom walls and worn floors. There was a dead cockroach in the cupboard, and both the stove and fridge were outdated and in poor condition. The staff appeared overworked—I observed an employee in the lobby working two back-to-back shifts, covering both day and night. The laundry room is located next to the valet parking area, which adds to the noise. Overall, the property is very noisy, and the soundproofing is poor. I could hear significant noise coming from downstairs. Overall, the property was dirty, rundown, and completely misrepresented in the advertising.

The room condition is rather poor. It is old and a bit smelly. Amenities are bare minimum. The staffs are okay; they seem to be busy, but trying to hep and answer questions. Overall, it is okay, considering the price is also cheaper than other hotels.

We found roaches in our room and killed some. In the morning, we found some more in the bathroom and kitchen. We informed a staff member in the morning and came back after breakfast. We asked the front desk again and they had no clue what we were talking about. They said they would do something about it like spray insecticide while we were away for the day. As soon as we got back, we walked in we saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We checked out immediately. They refused to even give us a partial refund for the night saying it’s up to Expedia but didn’t give us one anyways. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their lack of concern for the guests.
