Amazing location with spectacular views and access to great beaches.Staff was friendly and helpful. Low expectations for a years old hotel. Middle of the Waikiki so don't expect it to be quiet. Street noise all night long (understandab) overall good for the price. Definitely staying again here.

Hotel rooms were old and outdated. Rusted kitchen and a molded ceiling. Housekeeping did not come for 2 days. We endee up requested sheets and making our own beds. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining but that is the only plus about this hotel. I wish they were honest with the pictures they advertise to stay in the hotel.

Saw several cockroaches in my bathroom - various sizes made me think they are breeding there. I told the front desk and they offered to spray. The room itself had many holes near the base of the walls as the drywall had just crumbled off, there was also a hole in the ceiling around the sprinkler. The room was dated and the bathroom counter had unknown something stuck to it. The staff was very nice and the location is very walkable.

With the attached bar, pool, and location near nightlife, shopping, and the beach, this hotel as an affordable stay for 20-somethings on spring break. Bed, kitchenette, and close to all the action. The room was mostly clean, with comfy beds. There was plenty of space for sleeping though it could use some more chairs if you chose to eat in. The carpets could use a shampoo (stains), and bathroom tiles had been replaced but not by a professional. Our balcony view was over the back alley. Overall satisfied. Would ask for a better view next time.

Holes and faded falling wallpaper on the floors, room, entry doors no caps battery and wires are exposed. Shower was leaking water out of the tub which flooded the bathroom toilet area. People constantly shouting and yelling in the streets in the early hours, could easily be heard through the window Balcony. The website gives a different demeanor of what actually the resort have and is.

Room was dated had a stove but no pots or pans to cook only upon request they provide them. Glad we only stayed one night and parking was horrible.

Property was centrally located to restaurants & stores. 3.00 bus ride from the airport. Bus stop is located right infront of the hotel (directly across the street) I found the hotel to be clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers were good with warm water. I would definitely stay there again.
