The staff was great and helpful but the property was very dirty and run down. We felt it was misrepresented by the posting.

Rooms were in very poor condition. No microwave. There was an oven from 1950s, but nothing to cook with. The room next door had a water leak for 2 days straight and flooded the halllway. Parking is ridiculously tight and limited to only about 30 spaces. Seriously, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but at least we didn't see any bugs, so I guess that's a good thing.

The hotel was nice the staff was friendly i stayed in the suite and the space was great my only complaint is the shower its pretty weird you have to shower at a angle but other than that it was totally worth it

The property was very very run down and dirty. The rooms were cleaned everyday however we had to be moved 3 different times because of bed bugs and cockroaches that were in the room we were staying in very disappointing

Nothing, it was filthy dirty, smell horrible, not well kept

Good location for a tourist.

Nice hotel

Rooms are very simple and outdated. But if you just need a place to sleep and shower this is perfect. It's close to a lot of walking distance shops, dinning and to the beach. No uber needed. Staff was nice.

Good location, but hotel soooo old. Also price is too high for this outdated hotel. I suggest the owner of this property to do some remodeling in the rooms.

It's in the center of the city. Too crowded, terrible to park

The Staff Ricky Was Great! He Made Sure I Was Taken Care Of And Checked Me In Early. All Staff Was Great But Ricky Went Above And Beyond Thank You Everyone Aloha

The so call parking was never able. They just keep asking me to check back tomorrow for all 5 days. If they don't have enough parking space for the check-in guest they should do valet parking or don't advising parking at all. That way I can pick some other hotel. Cockroach in the bathroom, Toilet set not able to stay up, I is slam shut by it self.

Was a good stay

No enough parking space. when we checked in, they told me the parking was sold out and let me use public parking. but there was no overnight parking around the hotel. Also there was no AC system, the room was very hot.

The first desk attendant Ricky Jenicho was very helpful from the Monday I check in until I left the following Monday. He was usefull on both directions for bus service and local places to eat. I will come back to this hotel.

Our housekeeper, Gemma, was amazing. Always on top of anything we needed. I would have to say there was one thing we were not happy about and that was having to pay $35 a night to park in the hotel parking garage. Other than that the stay was wonderful

It is an older property, but the plus side is the friendly staff, available parking, snack box for your room and coffee and tea in the lobby. My fav was the fridge and coffee maker in the room. There is also a stove! Excellent maid service. The lava tube lounge connected to the property was a fun place and popular. You are walking distance from the beach and a plethora of ABC stores and Dukes Lane which is a combo restaurant Basalt, take out, and grocery store all in one!
