The location is good but staff and conditions of the place SUCKS!
Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Entire property means upgrades but if you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head and shower in-between adventures elsewhere, this will do.
Our room was smaller than expected. We had friends staying at the same hotel and their room was double the size of ours (we paid the same rate). Parking garage was very tight (we ended up hitting our car trying to get out)
Shower was real small. Our suite did not have a microwave either
management was disappointing, the fact that we constantly told them the toilet was out of order and they insisted it worked. Ruined our experience and vacation. hotel is outdated.
Good location and room service
Great location, staff, cleaning service, and all around pleasing. Bathroom is kinda old and musty/moldy because there is no exhaust fan. Otherwise it woild have been 5 stars.

Hotel rooms are very old / torn curtains / beds very small / small rooms. Staff was nice and friendly - great snack bag packed for us each day. Area is close to fun things. Just wasn't what we were looking for with our family of four - too crammed in to a small room / small beds / not the "vacation" hotel that we were hoping for. On site parking is expensive and limited and tricky to use unless you have a small vehicle.

The staff was great and helpful but the property was very dirty and run down. We felt it was misrepresented by the posting.
Rooms were in very poor condition. No microwave. There was an oven from 1950s, but nothing to cook with. The room next door had a water leak for 2 days straight and flooded the halllway. Parking is ridiculously tight and limited to only about 30 spaces. Seriously, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, but at least we didn't see any bugs, so I guess that's a good thing.
The hotel was nice the staff was friendly i stayed in the suite and the space was great my only complaint is the shower its pretty weird you have to shower at a angle but other than that it was totally worth it
The property was very very run down and dirty. The rooms were cleaned everyday however we had to be moved 3 different times because of bed bugs and cockroaches that were in the room we were staying in very disappointing
